Kudos to Cain for holding his own with O’Donnell, a mean, tough left-winger and a sharp debater. I think Cain got the better of him in the Vietnam War part of their exchange, when O’Donnell fatuously tried to argue that Cain would have better served his country by toting a rifle in the rice paddies, than contributing his research capabilities to the war effort. Otherwise, I’d say Cain fought him to a draw. It’s hard to see how the Hermanator gains by appearing on O’Donnell’s show, as he can’t hope to win any votes from that left-wing audience. But with Fox News giving him short shrift in favor of their chosen candidate Mitt Romney, Cain may well have decided that he better take any nationally televised interview offered, even when the offer comes from an openly hostile left-wing network. That’s a devil’s bargain, and I don’t envy Herman Cain.
Cain uttlerly leveled this clown. Wow.

I beg all of you, especially those of who are unsure about Cain, to watch all 3 clips. Absolutely a command performance! It gives us a fantastic glimpse into how he will stack up to Obama. This is a key reason to support Cain, because he is simply the un_Obama - he presents by far the greatest contrast. And he is so damn likeable and personable!
The fact that Cain has the guts and smarts to stand up to a raging lib like LOD rather than hide on a safe place like FNC tells me he has what it takes to be a real leader.

He did not back down and he did not let LOD get away with his lies and innuendo. I have seen Mr. Cain in person two times, but this so called “interview / interrogation” tells me more about him than his speeches ever did.
Mr. Cain is in the number one slot as far as I'm concerned. I hope he can make it through the Gauntlet because the Country will be better off for it. The other Republican Candidates, with the exception of Newt IMHO, would have withered under LOD’s bullying. Mr. Cain did not and he made me proud.

Yes, Herman Cain did a good job. I admit it and I’m a Perry supporter.
Only one place he stumbled in my opinion and that was the part when he was asked about why he would consider not running alongside Perry but would run with Romney. The list of Romney’s past but recent views was read to him. He said he didn’t know anything about Romneys past views.
I think we should send him the video that is circulating around about Romney. Cant believe he doesn’t know about it.

Lawrence O’Donnell was born in 1951. He was 18 in 1969, when the Vietnam War was raging. Lawrence O’Donnell did NOT serve in Vietnam.
Lawrence O’Donnell has a daughter. Why is she not serving in the current war?

I’m telling you I have not seen such a bravura performance by any politician since the days when Sam Donaldson was ABC white house correspondent during the Reagan years.
Sam would try to trip up the Gipper at every opportunity. At presser sure. But often on the sidelines when RR would get on Air Force 1. And Mr. Reagan would answer same in a very polite way, and often with humor rip Sam a new one.
I could not help getting the feeling that Lawrence O’Donnell was trying out for the role of being Sam Donaldson to President Cain.
