If he wants to help Congress stop the guns going over to Mexico,he seriously needs to ask if there is real private and meaningful traffic of arms going from the US over to Mexico.

How about proper border security as a way to stem the flow of “illegal guns” as well as illegal aliens and drugs. Also, those who are accessories to murder in the DOJ should be prosecuted and put in prison. Fast and Furious is an example of a government out of control in a murderous operation designed to curtail the second amendment rights of law abiding citizens. The Democrats follow a guns kill people line so they should be held to that standard.
So, they violated laws American citizens would be thrown under the jail for committing, but being their hearts were in the right place, we should disregard all those destroyed lives.

As I see it, if Holder did not know about the very serious Fast and Furious debacle until recently, then it shows that he is an incompetent Attorney General and Administrator, and so he should be replaced immediately by someone who knows what he is doing, and has the skills to know what the Justice Department is doing.
On the other hand, if Holder is lying and he knew all about and gave his approval to the Fast and Furious secret program all this time, then he must be forced out of office, because he is a liar, and we can't have someone as Attorney General who we cannot trust to tell us the truth about anything.

Holder has had plenty of time to prepare the Acting Inspector General’s report on Fast and Furious, but nothing has happened. Oh, I forgot. The AIG is an old friend of Holder, and she has kept the Arizona group well-informed of what she is up to.
The corruption at DOJ is so pervasive it will demand an immediate housecleaning in January 2013. The Republicans should pay some entity, The Heritage Foundation comes to mind, to provide an action plan that can be put into effect on that date. The same should be done for Energy and Education.

If Holder was under oath under penalty of perjury, then he cannot modify his statement later to escape the penalty of perjury. That’s the law, as I have been told.

The Attorney General says that while he was sent received memos on Fast and Furious, they are “actually provided to and reviewed by members of my staff and the staff of the Office of the Deputy Attorney General.”
Issa was asked in an interview on Fox News if Holder was under oath. His reply was, “YES!”
