HANOVER, N.H. Barely 48 hours before nine Republican presidential hopefuls are scheduled to debate at Dartmouth College, signs began appearing on campus Sunday evening announcing a demonstration in support of the Occupy Wall Street protests. A Students Stand With Staff organization with ties to the Service Employees International Union is organizing the event.
The group plans to hold its rally on the center of campus during the four hours immediately preceding Tuesday evenings high-profile debate.
Sterling Beard, a senior at the college and editor-in-chief of The Dartmouth Review, a conservative campus newspaper, told The Daily Caller that organized labors grievances with Dartmouth and the Students Stand With Staff organization go back several years.
President [Jim] Kim came in and inherited a $100 million budget gap, Beard said of Dartmouth Colleges president, who took over in July 2009. He turned it around, but the unions didnt like the way he did it. He really ticked off the SEIU. And thats when Students Stand With Staff came about. Its all about protecting the union.
You’ll be able to easily pick out the hardcore commies. They’ll be wearing purple and yellow T-shirts.
The whole thing is just manufactured astroturf. Bunch of douchebags living off of dad’s dime to go protest and complain.
I got a good slogan for them though. “What we want? We don’t know! When do we want it? NOW!”
Bunch of naive stoners being manipulated by hardcore commies. Hey, it is the 60s all over again!
“Youll be able to easily pick out the hardcore commies. Theyll be wearing purple and yellow T-shirts.”
actually that yellow wasn’t originally part of the t-shirt...

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
Let there be no doubt that the Obama regime is behind this “occupy Wallatreet” movement. They are following the template which Lenin used in bringing down the Kerensky (meshevik) government .
Oopps that’s menshevik and Wallstreet.
