I have seen these stories increase over the years. Things are spiralling down hill fast over there with this bing drinking. They tried to push back the closing of the bar later thinking people were tanking up fast before the close of the bar, but it doesn't seem to have had an effect. The pictures in the article really sum up how crazy it is over there.
