I think Thomas Sowell is one of the smartest people in the world today. I bought many of his books, but he is so smart, it isn’t always easy to read his books! What a brilliant mind!

As much as I enjoy Dr. Sowell's articles, I've always disliked the term "reverse racism". To me, regardless of the color of the players involved, racism is racism, period.

I would love to hear his opinion of Herman Cain, wouldn’t you?

I prefer the term “Perverse-Racism” as it is a perverted form of racism that looks on the surface to not be that bad, but it demoralizes people more unknowingly that regular racism.

The Holder DOJ has given itself the power to influence state election laws, on the basis of racism.

This would seem to include redistricting laws.

True. Yet the term has entered the lexicon and is probably here to stay.

Tom Sowell doesn’t hold back. He is not hamstrung by PC. He has clearly made his peace. I can think of nobody I respect more.

The man Rick Perry appointed Texas Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson -- a good example of the caliber and character of leaders Gov. Perry surrounds himself with – unlike Obama who appoints and defends appointments such as U.S. Attorney General Erick Holder.

Absolutely. The term “reverse racism” is absurd.

If a white person robs a black person, should that be called reverse robbery?
