AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Why oh why do conservatives keep showing up on Gotcha Media™?

There is no reason whatsoever to show up on them.

Email I sent to my lists today:

This is where I’ll be today!

PS: B.O. continuing to raise money from his millionaire / billionaire DemocRAT friends, while he gins up his phony attack on “millionaires and billionaires”, along with his new war on bank profits, his linking arms with the anti-capitalist protesters in New York, and his big-government stimulus plan, which isn’t a jobs bill at all, ought to al - even to the dullest dimwit - what a low-life hypocrite he is.

Occupy Wall Street: Coming to a mansion near you http://money.cnn.com/2011/10/10/news/economy/occupy_wall_street_protest/index.htm

Obama and his cronies started this class warfare BS because he has failed as the POTUS. Any violence that results from this OCCUPY stuff will be his fault. And will they go after Obama’s buddy, GE CEO Jeff Immelt, a billionaire who is head of BO’s Jobs Council??

Looks to me like conservatives are being targeted. Is this Occupy tactic part of BO’s re-election strategy? You betcha!

Why not? Gingrich has his flaws (as does every candidate), but I think that he would bring a good balance of D.C. experience to Cain’s lack of political experience.

I’ve got a question for the protesters: Why the heck aren’t y’all having as big a cow about all the US money going to bail out Europe....?

I like the Cain/Gingrich ticket suggestion.

Someone mentioned that if they are both registered to vote in Georgia, then there is a bit of a problem. From Wiki - United States presidential election, 2000

While the U.S. Constitution does not specifically disallow a president and a vice president from the same state, it does prohibit electors from casting both of his or her votes for persons from his or her own state. Accordingly, Cheney—who had been a resident of Texas for nearly 10 years—changed his voting registration back to Wyoming. Had Cheney not done this, either he or Bush would have forfeited their electoral votes from the Texas electors.

I agree with TGO. I’d vote for a tin can right now.

ABO!!!

Living in NE, we don’t have many delegates, and our primary is so late, it doesn’t really matter. Pretty well decided.

I wanted Steve King to run. I wanted a King/Bachman ticket, but it was only a dream. not a chance, and two native Iowans would never fly any way.

I would like to see King run against Harkin. I know Branstad is a bit of a RINO, but why he ran for GOV again instead of running against Harkin is a mystery to me

The administration’s jobs bill is dead in the water and they will claim it is the fault of the Republicans. The jobs bill will then go to the Deficit commission, where Patty Murray, who has incidentally written the Infrastructure and Transportation portion of the bill, is the Democrat co-chair, as well as chief Democrat Congressional fund raiser.

The plan is paint the Republicans as obstructionists on jobs and then ram it through the deficit commission.

Oh, yeah—I’d forgotten about that.

I’d think one of them could change registration easily enough—e.g., Newt to Virginia?—with such advance planning, however.

Hey, at least you can say they’re getting closer to the appropriate target. (The Democrat Senate is okay, the Obama White House would be even better!)

Ugh. Paultrons have been posting on Herman Cain’s FB like crazy lately. A lot gets deleted, but they keep trying. I try to only engage one or two a day. lol.

When racism and anti-semitism are brought up, I was told that it was IMPOSSIBLE for “Dr.” Paul to be either because it’s against the Libertarian creed to be either. It took me a good long ten minutes to quit laughing long enough to respond.
