Not even a month in prison and already he kills his cell mate. Of course he is LWOPd so it doesn’t really matter. CA never goes through with the death penalty.
Maybe he was hoping for solitary?

Consdiering that Ramirez is supposedly still alive nad kicking on death row, I would have to state that yes, California does not like to execute murderers, but prefers to execute babies in the womb.
