If it’s a Romney/Christie ticket, Obama gets re-elected

This is the one election that a Romney/Christie ticket might well win. A win by the kenyan would be less harmful to the Republic, though. The Kenyan will have to fight the Republican Party in Congress. Romney will get his way with them. Romney is Nelson Rockefeller come back from the grave.

Christie is a good conservative governor in NEW JERSEY. South and west of New Jersey he is a Rockefeller Republican or a Nixon. Nixon was bad enough (domestically) in his day. Nixon today would seal the socialization of the country simply because the government is so much larger now than in in the 1970s.

I actually like Christie a lot, and he is far more conservative than we normally can expect in that region. He is a lot farther on our side than Whitman and other recent GOP governors in NJ. He’s got the best communication skills in politics today. The more I saw of him on important national issues, the less of a ‘constitutional conservative’ I saw. I put Christie in the camp with Giuliani. Christie is more in line with FR than Rudy because he is much better on life issues, but in both cases, they are exceptional leaders and problem solvers, and effective communication is a big part of their leadership. I would take a Christie in a heartbeat over Mitt because I know where he stands even where he disagrees with my views. With Mitt...who knows?

I hope to see Christie continue to excel in NJ, and the next time we have an open primary...hopefully in 8 years, we are going to have a hell of a strong field.

We are so f**ked. Is this the best we’ve got? 308 million people? I don’t like ANY of the group, but the RINO Twins? They would destroy the Party. Pathetic.

At least it would make it easy on those of us who are not going to vote for Mitt Romney anyway.
