Rossi says the customer will set the parameters of the test to be performed later this month. If the test fails or is inconclusive who will take the blame?

Here’s the parameter I’m interested in: Will the customer pay cold hard cash for Rossi’s product. And will it be the first of many or a one off.
my understanding is there will be a device which will have a one-time cost. then there will be a fuel source (a nickel, hydrogen mix) that will last for 6 months.

Probably a trade secret, confidential. Maybe we should look for unfamiliar faces in the crowd, it might be “the customer”.
