You're right. I'm very skinny. But I score a 23 on the BMI which is at the upper end of the normal range and almost in the overweight range. If you saw me, you would say that's ridiculous. The best way to measure body fat is to do the water displacement. A quicker way to do it is to use those calipers that pinch the skin.

I can't believe a Republican governor would be doing this. He's a nanny stater.
