I think California should do more of this. Heck, Joe Arpaio would sell a boatload of bologna sandwiches and I’d bet a sizable fraction of our prisoners would LIKE pink undies!

Prisoners and slaves have common problems.

Hanging -- in Williamsburg, Virginia -- used to be considered a better solution whenever someone deserved more than one year in jail.

Arizona, Mississippi and Oklahoma — Three states are taking them in, so far.

I doubt the guards are unionized but the local ol’ boys should be up for a good rumble when these places really get goin’.

Pink. lol . I’d don’t think Homie in MS-13 gonna like Pink..

Supposedly those moved out of state do so ‘voluntarily’ and have to have been convicted of “non-violent” crimes. Just think of all the good jobs we are losing here. ;-]

thanks again, for the update.

this is amazing.
CA not only imports their electicity,
they export their convicts.
what a deal !

but i’m surprised the ACLU doesn’t prevent convicts from being moved to another state, far away from their families...
