On August 10, 2011, the hacker group Anonymous announced that it would join the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. Thats what sparked my interest in monitoring #OccupyWallStreet.
I reached out to a colleague and asked if he would be interested in studying the protest with me. At first, it seemed disorganized, and we believed it would only be a few hundred protestors.
As we engaged in monitoring its growth, we recruited other people to help us begin the collection of data available via social media. We began mapping out key players, and monitored Anonymouss efforts to organize protests in the San Francisco Bay area public transportation system (#opBART) in order to detect patterns and key influencers.
Then, at the end of August, we were alerted by a fellow researcher that information about USDoR (U.S. Day of Rage, to which Occupy Wall Street is connected) had been posted on Shamuk and Al-Jahad, two Al-Qaeda recruitment sites. We began to take the Occupy protest more seriously, and dedicated more time to research and monitoring.
Days later, Anonymous announced that it would be releasing its new DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) tool. Because of the Al-Qaeda posting, we contacted the New York Field Office of the FBI so they could investigate the potential threat. From that point on, we decided we needed to include the Human Element of Intelligence (HUMINT), and to infiltrate the protestors to map their ties to Anonymous, and to the postings on Shamuk and Al-Jahad.
A few of us had attended several of the pre-protest meet-ups and training classes. The Civil Disobedience training was taught by Elliot Smokey Madison, a New York-based anarchist who is a member of the Peoples Law Collective, a voluntary group that advises protesters on legal issues arising from their actions. The Media training was taught by Vlad Teichberg, a New York based anarchist who is a member of the Glass Bead Collective, an artistic activist group.
After attending these meetings and socializing with those present, several of our team members were added to all the mailing lists of the Occupy group. That is how we created the email archive that we are sharing with you (see below). In addition to the involvement of socialists, anarchists, and other radicals, the emails also reveal heavy union involvement from the beginning of the Occupy movement, as well as discussion about the role of the Democratic Party, and how the movement should respond to President Barack Obama.
The emails also reveal that the Occupation attempted to provoke the New York Police Department prior to some of the clashes that occurred with activists. Additionally, the emails reveal the many failed efforts of the hacker collective Anonymous. If those efforts had succeeded, they may have damaged the global economy.
We are sharing the email archive because we believe the public needs to know the hidden agendas behind the Occupationthe socialist, anarchist, and other agendas that have not been reported in the mainstream media.
If anyone has any doubts about whether the Alinsky Play Book is being followed, the organization of anarchists in the “Occupy” movement should rest your doubt.Fascism is now about to become “main street.”
For those who have not read this cogent overview, a very good read:
What are we supposed to be looking for?
Very obvious the “Occupy Wall Street” movement was in the plans for some time. Getting the Obama followers to be there in numbers was the easy part.
The emails connect those we already knew were involved, George Soros, SEIU Unions, and with the encouragement of the Democrat party leaders and liberal media.
THAT is amazing and profoundly important question. We are looking for nothing. The nothing that is encompassed in vague generalities. The nothing of "unite for change." The nothing nostrums that send tingles up the legs of dimwits incapable of understanding much of anything.
We should be looking for attempts to grasp power with no discipline about its use. Power for its own sake is ALWAYS demonic. It is always destructive. It is always the highest ambition of the tyrant.
Look for those who demand change and believe in nothing. Look for those who want what you have and will take it from you because they deserve it and you do not.
Look for evil. It is all around you. It fills its voice with anger, with violence and with rage against those who want to love their lives of peace, freedom and dignity.
Compare the aspirations of the Tea Party for limited government, lower taxes and a return to Constitutional law with those who demand more powerful government, higher taxes and the abandonment of the Constitution.
We are at war and we better start fighting it or we will lose everything.
Look for what is in front of your face and call it by its real name.
Today Sean Hannity interviewed a small business owner near the park.
Business down 40%, vendors refusing to service her, bathrooms trashed, employees pushed, shoved and cursed by these Fleabaggers!

OK everyone, all together now, ACT surprised.
If you simply go back to the beginning, to the group that first called for these protests, you will find the Canadian group(go figure) Adbusters Media Foundation. Who are they? Recipients of over $300,000 from George Soros’s Tides Foundation. Say it ain’t so! They got another $176,500 from another of his orgs—the Democracy Alliance. The US Day Of Rage group, also part of this protest got money from the Tides Foundation also.
That was just some of the organizers. When Moveon.org moved in last week with the Union thugs and a host of other partisan groups the full body of Soros crews were now encamped.
Again, act surprised that Obama has now joined them.
Here’s The Real Reason Why Occupy Wall Street Protesters Aren’t Getting Kicked Out Of Zuccotti Park

Coming on the heels of the Solyndra debacle, the Obama administration has just approved a $168.9 million loan guarantee for the Granite Reliable wind farm project owned by Brookfield Asset Management (BAM).
Among its many holdings BAM owns Brookfield Renewable Power, which owns the Granite Reliable and it also owns Brookfield Office Properties, whose holdings include the now famous Zuccotti Park.
The Department of Energy finalized the loan guarantee less than a week after Occupy Wall Street protesters took to Zuccotti Park, and with the Obama administration’s Tuesday endorsement of the protests, rumors are starting to circulate that this could be the reason Brookfield is allowing protesters to remain on its property.
The Granite Reliable Power Project under construction in Coos Bay, New Hampshire is the state’s largest wind farm and the New Hampshire Union Leader questions why Brookfield would need federal subsidies at all, particularly following the bankruptcy of Solyndra.
Mayor Bloomberg’s announcement Monday that protesters could remain as long as they liked, also raised a few eyebrows and it turns out he has a personal connection to Brookfield as well. The mayor’s longtime domestic partner Diana Taylor is on the Board of Directors at Brookfield Properties along with John E. Zuccotti himself.
