When I arrived in London in September it had been more than forty years since I had last spent any time in the city
Police procedures mandate that Muslim officers be included on the scene in cases where Islamic “sensitivities” might be an issue.
This is what London has come to. Halal food in all schools. No eating in front of your Muslim colleagues during Ramadan. Special accommodations for Muslims in public buildings. Officially sanctioned Sharia courts.
And above all, no “racist” speech. Muslims may gather and scream “Death to those who insult Islam!” with impunity. But a non-Muslim who objects to the spread of Sharia may be arrested, charged, convicted, fined, and slapped with an Anti-Social Behavior Order (ASBO) forbidding him from taking part in any activist events for several years.

Furthermore, the Sharia signs should display all the other things that Islamic law allows. Nybody could get used to the things it does NOT allow, but how about list the practices that it does allow: honor killing, forced female circumcison, etc.

We were in London a couple of years ago on a bus just seeing where it would go and enjoying the sights. A gentleman approached and asked if we were Americans and said that we should get off at the next stop and head back as the area the bus as going to enter wasn’t “friendly toward Americans,” or the British for that fact. Seems we were about to enter a Muslim zone. I looked around and several people agreed...we got off.

For some reason I am suddenly getting scads of emails asking to confirm my response to a musloid death threat. Yes, that is 100% real and accurate, and yes, that picture of a rosary-wrapped hand grasping a pink AR-15 is me. It is my very real Colt M4 that has been custom DuraCoated. Yes, yes, yes. The current Prime Minister of Great Britain, David Cameron, is a particularly loathesome chap. He betrays no sympathy whatsoever for Christianity, native white working-class Brits, or for the growing threat of Sharia in his own company.
He is too educated and too much of an insider simply to be “not in the know.”
Therefore are conclusions are limited to: 1) He is truly sympathetic to Islam albeit maintaining a cosmopolitan Western face for the public (a la Muslim-Brotherhood-friendly Grover Norquist here in the US); (2) He has been bought off by the Muslims; (3) He has been coerced into Dhimmitude by the Muslims via threats on his life of the lives of his family members; or, (4) some combination of the preceding.
His police continue (in a most heart-sickening way) to side with the Muslims and Leftists in their street confrontations with the patriotic, Christian-leaning, predominately-white EDL (English Defence League), when — at the very least — they might be expected to be even-handed when clearing the streets.
