That is not what he said in his speech. Yes that sounds like a joke. What he said does not and that is why it drew attention from the media and from anti-illegal immigration groups of which I belong. They thought he was serious.

So an electrified fence is a joke? Ok I accept that. Is a fence a joke too? Will the fence be a full 2000 mile fence or like Perry has touted for years, strategic fencing with Predator drones and National Guard.
