This illustrates another reason that Obama, Soros, et al support the OWS protests. Leftists needed something to protest. Anti-war protests stopped the instant Obama took over as CIC. A few, like Shehan, continued protesting -- but, they were completely ostracized by the Democrats, and (worse for them) ignored by the MSM.

The long-time protest addicts had to stand idly by, and watch the Tea Party activists have all the fun, for the last couple of years. Finally, a solution was found! Let's all protest "greedy capitalists" "fat-cat bankers" "joos" etc. Yippee! We get to take to the streets. We'll get our pics in the paper -- maybe on TV, for sure on Youtube!

No kidding. I'm too busy working six days a week to take time to protest anything. How do these people get by?

Going from anger at bankers and Wall Street - to anger at Jewish Bankers and Jewish Brokerage Firms is NOT as big a step as we might think...

Too bad the gentleman in that pic is just that. I would have liked to have seen him put that megaphone in a place where it would have had to have been surgically removed.

Thankfully he didn't respond the way she had hoped. She's proud of that pic, proud enough to put it on her website, or so I've heard. I've never been there and never will. Maybe Mike Rowe could take a look.

unlawful assembly and failing to follow police orders to disburse

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Cindy aside, does it not disturb anyone that people are being arrested for alleged unlawful assembly? There is no mention of violence or any other criminal acts being commited.

You ignored the first five words of Amendment I.

Congress shall make no law....so your point is that perhaps they were breaking a state or local law?

My point is that the First Amendment does not grant you the right to free speech, freedom of assembly, right to petition the government, etc. It only gives you protection from Congress denying you those rights.

“or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” I would say that this line covers it!
