Have you see the prices on Cronoton Regulators and don;t get me started if you want one with a phase discriminator of .014 mico-teledynes.

Of course if you inverse the polarity of the neutron flow you get pretty much the same effect out of a much cheaper Yoyodyne Heisenburg compensator.
