Herman Cain and Our 9-9-9 Plan Will Defeat Barrack Obama

Dear Patriot,

Last night's CNN debate was my first debate as the clear front runner in the GOP primary. I am truly honored and humbled to be in this position. My recent surge in the polls is a clear indication that America's are hearing my message loud and clear.

Friends, I am a problem solver, and America needs a common sense problem solver in the White House!

But I need your help today. Most of my GOP opponents are career politicians who have established massive fundraising networks nationwide, and the first primaries could be held in as few as 60 days! Please make a secure contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250, or more, up to the legal maximum, to my campaign for President.

Last night's moderator, Anderson Cooper, asked which candidate could beat Obama. Well, according to a recently released Rasmussen Poll, if the election were held today, I am the ONLY Republican who would defeat President Obama!

This is a game changer, because its the first time that a GOP candidate has polled ahead of President Obama.

You see, Americans are looking for new solutions. They are tired of the same old rhetoric. That is why my 9-9-9 Plan has gained so much attention, and why my fellow GOP contenders are so intimidated of my 9-9-9 Plan.

The 9-9-9 Plan offers a new, real solution to our economic troubles.

It will stimulate the economy through the private sector by closing loopholes, minimizing job killing taxes, and eliminating uncertainty from the economy.

And let me be clear, the 9-9-9 Plan is a jobs plan, it is revenue neutral, it does not raise taxes on those that are making the least. Let's throw out the 10 million word mess and put in our plan which will liberate the American workers and liberate American businesses.

But now I need your help more than ever to spread the word about my 9-9-9 Plan. Please donate a most generous gift today.

Time is short! The critical New Hampshire primary may take place in as little as 60 days.

Thank you for your continued support and generosity. With your support, we can elect a real, common sense problem solver to the White House.

Sincerely,
Herman Cain

At least he's defending himself. The part about him being the only candidate who is ahead with Obama is an eyebrow-raiser. Something to take into consideration.

I really wish we could have a better defense of 9-9-9, then he needs to shift gears and point out the other things!

his stance on traditional marriage (he will support traditional marriage)

his stance on energy independence (he wants to drill, dig, and mine)

his stance on education (kill the DOE and give parents choice through vouchers)

his stance on abortion (he is completely pro-life)

There is more to the man than 9-9-9!! THAT is the email we all need to be getting.

I think he should just change his slogan to:

Herman Cain. Because Black is the new Black.

Herman Cain Train Gear.

If Cain manages to get the nomination, there will be no 999 plan when he goes against Obummer. The 9% sales tax is a stinker and no one wants it, including one of the authors of the 999 plan Stephen Moore. It will be 99 plan at best.

999 in 3 stages is a deal breaker for me. Sorry. I can’t support it nor can I support someone who makes it up as he goes along using sales techniques to sell what is not exceptable.

I am back taking another look at Bachmann. She does speak for me on many issues including cutting spending. Somehow in the tax brouhaha that has been shoved to the sidelines. It should be the #1 tax issue imho.

I am back taking another look at Bachmann...

And while doing that...take a good, long look at those eyes of hers. They are, after all, windows into the soul.

Just take a good, long look.

I am for cutting spending definitely. I do believe the only way to get out of the mess we are in is to grow the economy.

We are too far gone to “save” our way out of the mess we are in. I repeat I am for cutting spending, but cutting spending alone will not cure our current ailment.

It would be good for the economy to outgrow(not by printing ore money) or outpace our current debt.

The only way for the economy to grow is to get Obama out and get someone business owners and (productive, not government)job creators can take a chance on to start hiring more people in those productive jobs.

According to this poll, only 10% care about the sales tax and less than 10% dislike the plan.

If you order one of those, match it with an order from his site. He needs the campaign money.

The really great thing about Cain is that he is strong enough to be flexible. He has a strong mind, will, and character, but he is willing to admit mistakes.

Without the ability to consider one's actions and admit error...there is no human wisdom.

And Herman is wise!

The plan will be implemented in 3 stages. I don’t want to see a new revenue source for the parasites to pick our pockets with and risk their getting rid of the income tax down the road. Sorry. I do not trust them to do that. I also do not trust them to keep the sales tax at 9%.

People have to remember that this plan will also eliminate all deductions currently in place. Student loans, mortgages, etc. It also will not eliminate the excise taxes on gasoline, cigarettes and beer. I don’t want to pay $.40 more per gallon in commuting cost, or 9% more for tires and service of my vehicle; Nor another 9% on doctors, lawyers, dentists, internet, utilities, repairmen and other necessities.

When I look in Cain’s eyes, I see a salesman on top of his game. I’ve been around salesman all my life. I was married to one. I know when I’m being gamed.

A FOX internet poll? Come on. If we go by these as an indicator of reality, Ron Paul will win the Presidency by 97% of the vote.

I am back taking another look at Bachmann.

I love Michele but her campaign is floundering. Polls have her in single digits and going downhill. Unfortunately, she stands little chance of being the one who prevents Mitt Romney from getting the Republican nomination.

The last thing this country needs is a President Romney. But there man who stands between Romney and our White House. Is 999 perfect? No. But Cain has momentum and he can defeat Romney. I'll give him that opportunity and go from there.

Cheers.

Actually, FOX is one of the groups of polls the Paulbots have not been able to spam.

Most of their polls until now they were leaning towards Romney and Perry.

I agree that Cain needs to add to his offense with ideas other than 9-9-9. A good energy development program, a new welfare reform program, and getting America back on track as the unquestioned super power of the world.

On a simpler note, Mr. Cain’s webpage needs to be compatible with browsers besides Explorer, and he needs a paypal option for donations.

With some of the primaries coming up in a few months, the Tea Party needs to be involved in promoting events. Work with them.

Herman Cain on the issues:
http://www.hermancain.com/the-issues

The reason they don’t have Paypal has to do with campaign finance laws. Cain and his attorney are super particular about staying within the guidelines and not doing anything that would appear questionable. I worked a table at an event and we did the campaign finance forms for everything we sold even down to $5 buttons :-)

Cain’s team has very strong grassroots organizations they work side by side with. Most of his speaking engagements are tea party events. The number of volunteers is some where between 100,000 and 200,000 nationwide.

Two places volunteers can connect is http://teamcain.hermancain.com and http://www.electcain.com/default.aspx The first one seems to be the most active once you join local groups and events.

I honestly believe that some FR posters have not even looked at the 9-9-9 plan and just trash it to have something to post. I also bet they haven't tested the plan with their own numbers. Here it is. Just plug in your numbers and see how you come out.

Are you kidding? FOX online polls are so bad they get laughed at not airing the results after debates because it is Paul by 70%. The Paulite ALWAYS hits them hard.

I can’t find it in keywords, but read it on FR. Perhaps whoever posted it can give us a link. The plan will take place in 3 transitional stages with the eventual stage being the Fair Tax and doing away with the other two taxes. They only just succeeded in getting *part* of the special tax on the Spanish American War taken off our backs. Does anyone seriously think our politicians will remove the income tax and sales tax? I don’t think so.

So since the 9% visible national sales tax is a deal breaker you will continue to support Obama and the present 35% hidden national sales tax that we already have?

One would wonder judging from the people here defending the current Federal Tax Bureaucracy, do they honestly believe that Cain is adding a new tax instead of replacing many high hidden taxes already adding to the price of goods with a low one we can all see? Or are they too far in the tank for Romney and Perry that they can't be honest with themselves.

Actually, many conservatives, myself included, don’t believe in a National Sales Tax. It is the mother-lode of potential havoc: houses, used items, services, barter, cars, hospital bills. We can’t go there. It’s a Pandora’s box.
