President Obama will appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno next Tuesday, according to Dan Pfeiffer.
The White House communications director tweeted the news a little after 8 a.m. on Thursday.
This isnt the presidents first time sharing the stage with Leno, who was the host of last years White House Correspondents Dinner.
There were no details of Obamas appearance next week on the website of The Tonight Show as of Thursday morning.
Then it’s off for “Match Game” with Gene Rayburn!!
I wonder if Leno will get a new pair of kneepads or will he use his old ones?
I wonder how he would have done on What’s My Line?
Leno is a POS

This all seems bizarre, totally unpresidential, undignified, ego-driven and a little ridiculous. To older generations.
My theory is that this is a calculated attempt to take advantage of a new media culture that has already changed and use it to change the political culture It’s an appeal to a younger, different demographic, an attempt to get those untapped millions who did not vote in high percentages to vote in high percentages like the seniors always have.
If we just ridicule and put down what these guys are doing, instead of trying to understand it, we will not be able to combat it. At the end, the Leno-Letterman-Colbert voter’s vote counts the same as the Rush-Hannity-Levin voter’s vote.
The Leno Letterman Colbert Stewart voters are an apathetic bunch. The Rush/Levin voters are motivated to vote.
Leno doesn’t give a crap who’s in the guest chair as long as they push up his ratings for that night. His head is in his car collection.
[ I wonder if Leno will get a new pair of kneepads or will he use his old ones? ]
Leno had Herman Cain on his show so I wonder if Herman Cain’s name will come up when he is interviewing Obammy....
It would be great if he did and Obammy called Cain a derogatory name, it would show how scared the libs are of Cain.
More likely directly behind him :-)
What have previous presidents done all day during their time in office? Excluding Clinton, who was bored to death, others seemed to find things to do around the White House.
Suppose he’ll get the Bachmann experience? You know, where you ask one set of questions an rehearsal and another totally different, embarrassing set on the taped show.
The Leno Letterman Colbert Stewart voters are an apathetic bunch. The Rush/Levin voters are motivated to vote.
Your second statement is true. Your first statement, I know is not.
Fail guy.
Talk shows have rehearsals?
