WTH is with all this subsidizing. I could sure use some...
A government employee growth bill they mean.
Oh, those gosh darned Republicans, stonewalling again. /s
Excellent.
I thought this didn’t come up until tomorrow?
Here’s the article:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/10/20/senate-votes-down-trimmed-version-obamas-jobs-bill/
Which clause in the constitution authorizes the federal government to hire teachers?
Oh no! There will be more rapes and murders, not to mention, fires.
Seems Dingy Harry’s scare tactic didn’t work out so well for him and Zer0.
As we’ve found in Michigan that all the threats about teachers being laid off have been lies. Overall there are more teachers today than last year at this time. (whether that’s good or not is debatable)
The crime rate in Detroit is also down despite fewer police.
Democrat
DEMO CRAT
Geeezz! It is a Democrat Jobs Measure.
Or is there really such a thing as a Republicanic bill?
.
Senate Democrats want women raped!
I think even Dingy is over Bobo as anything other than an unchecked mistake, because he never dreamed in 2008 he'd be relinquishing control (and for Dingy, permanently, as in career over) to Mitch 4 short years later.
Fur Shur Joe Biden is looking forward to increasing the rape statistics (single handedly if required)!
Up next: The 2011 Assistance to Kittens and Puppies Act
What is stopping by the overturn of these measures is the raping of America.
It seems Obastard’s “bite size” chunks are still be too big to chew and swallow.

Since when do citizens from one state have to pay for teachers, police, and firefighters in other states?? These positions are covered by city, county, and/or state dollars. This should not be responsibility of federal government...
I believe the primary motivation is to get more union money in democratic campaign coffers.
I don’t know if anyone else has said it but Michele Bachmann has been pretty vocal about giving education money and control back to the states.
Personally I would go a step further and give it back to the local communities.
Under the Constitution it’s the states that control education.
Every time this Jobs Bill is brought up by a Dem they say it will save 300 thousand teacher’s, fire fighter’s and policemen jobs and no one challenges this number by asking them where? Give me some specifics.
Are we supposed to start RAPING people now? Joe? Hello...
If these jobs bills were really jobs bills, wouldn’t there be funding streams set up to last longer than 11 months? This bill gets Obama through the next election, then these temps are back on the street. With the overhead of Government, he’d be better off to give the same amount of money to a larger group of people and forget the work part (ala unemployment). Obamski is not interested if these jobs are actually productive jobs. He only cares that they are union jobs so he gets the kickback for his campaign, which makes them better than unemployment because of the kickback.
It’s the DNC 2012 campaign money bill...the unions will keep some and pass the rest of our money back to the Democrats for the coming elections.
I am sick of hearing about stupid teachers, as if they are saints or something. Most of them (in the blue states) are overpaid union hacks who get the easiest college degrees in existence, and then indoctrinate kids with liberal bullshit. Our education system is made WORSE when you hire more of these mind-numbed robots for the welfare state. FIRE MORE TEACHERS!
No question, the classrooms around 1915 really educated the students. Not even close now.
The point I was trying to make is that under the Constitution the states are responsible for education, not the federal government. The government usurped the rights of the states ]with the Department of Education, the intrusion into education with billions of dollars and their love affair with the teachers unions.
Joe here. Well, maybe not the “Joe” you were wanting to hear from but a “Joe” nonetheless.
The answer to your question is Yes.
I mean, come on, how else are we going to get all of these Union prop-up bills passed floating the bill for all of the unionized police and firefighters if you aren’t out there raping and stealing and burning things to the ground? Work with me here, okay?
If a few people have to get raped, or robbed, or have their house burned down in order to help the POTUS that’s just the cost of doing business, right?
Crime is DOWN. WTF do we need more “first responders” for?
Did they change the clause in the constitution which requires all revenue and spending bills to originate in the house?
Exactly. This is RICO-level money laundering.
The demoncrats want to send obscene amounts of money to the poor, decimated ranks of public workers unions. Most of that will be contributed back to the demoncrats as campaign contributions. Voila! The taxpayers fund the demoncrat party!
Did you know that there are 160,000 more public workers now than two years ago? And Dingy Harry says that they are the ones in trouble?
Things are getting closer to the breaking point every day.
And probably hundreds of really cute puppies will die in those fires, and thousands more puppies will be horribly burned and disfigured in those fires; and all because the Republicans won’t vote to fund firefighters in the latest bailout scam.
Republicans hate puppies.
10th Amendment!
the no-more-rape bill failed??!!!
Remember the Good Old Days? Back when Obama, Biden, and the media tried to fool you into believing they were about creating real jobs and economic growth? Now they admit it is about public employees, dare I say SERVANTS? I’m old enough to remember when WE decided how many should be employed. Not the other way around!
To generate more revenue for the state.
I’m completely confused. Am I supposed to go out and rape people or rob convenience stores now? Can I do both or is it an ‘either or thing’?
Let’s review....weeks ago the dems said NO WAY to Obama’s communistic with a hidden new gov bank formation in it so called, jobs plan.Then... Obama spun that the bad GOP nixed it,when no one wanted it.And now the GOP not supporting TheidiotWon’s nazi plan is a headline that makes the GOP look like all teachers and firemen will be fired and women will be raped because Obama’s manifesto plan did not pass?
How about the headline that the GOP had a good JOBS PLAN SEE RYAN’S PLAN and they said it was throwin granny off a cliff?
WHEN will this Obama nightmare end?
The most telling line from your article....
“They’re also pressing for passage of a poll-tested financing mechanism — a surcharge on income exceeding $1 million.”
So instead of leading by principle, they are simply leading by polls. That’s surely not what they were elected to do...let polls tell them what to do? What kind of men/women are these that let their spines blow with the wind?
throw granny off a cliff in a wheelchair...OH and go protest with people calling for an outright Obama re election and tyranny...you know...the bad banks Obama is in bed with. And kill puppies and kittens is next just wait and see...
I predicted that Obama would tax kids cool aid stands with sarcasm and look what happened...
Guess the Occucommies get to rape more girls? Rumor has it the rape stats are 10X the normal rate.
Pray for America
... or two steps further and give it back to the parents.
OWS will be a contributing factor in that
YAY! Let them feel the pain the rest of us are feeling. No money for the dims this election season.
