Steve Jobs went from world greatest inventor. The right way to build a corporation to greedy, bashed for his words to Obama your going to be a one term President.
The left in a nano second have begun to trash Steve Jobs for telling the truth.
Some saying they will never buy another apple product.
Hell I can really stink up a good sentence on occasion or more, but I don't write vanities. Maybe it is for this reason. I feel they are often just that VAIN. It is sort of like a really hot person or talented. They can hold my attention but if they are just unattractive on all levels and have no talent why bother others? Haha. So I just stick to the small time post--the un vain tyrant :)--the true FR rebel :-D.
Yeah, and they’re transmitting their anger via iPhone and Mac. LOL! Are they really that stupid?
“You lost me at Cap i alist and complete made me ill with your first non sentence.”
“When someone makes a mistake whether it’s a spelling error or a spelling flame, a stupid question or an unnecessarily long answer be kind about it. If it’s a minor error, you may not need to say anything. Even if you feel strongly about it, think twice before reacting. Having good manners yourself doesn’t give you license to correct everyone else. If you do decide to inform someone of a mistake, point it out politely, and preferably by private email rather than in public. Give people the benefit of the doubt; assume they just don’t know any better. And never be arrogant or self-righteous about it. Just as it’s a law of nature that spelling flames always contain spelling errors, notes pointing out Netiquette violations are often examples of poor Netiquette.”

Really?--we all thought and expressed in our posts. Of course the OP on that thread attacked all the people--who said it was his business--with intense vitriol.
It is Steve Jobs job to make his own decisions about his healthcare. It was the most bizarre thing and now this bizarre slice of . . . God knows what . . . vanity to start the day. Makes one wonder what has happened to people.
No offense intended, but in the post I am replying to you used sentence fragments, are missing some punctuation, and wrote a completely incomprehensible sentence altogether.
As to the OP’s vanity, I am surmising that because posting directly from the HuffPo is not allowed on FR (for good reason), he chose to summarize the sentiments he saw expressed there. I’m sure he could have crafted his post better, but I wouldn’t beat him up for it, especially on matters of spelling and grammar.
Great find. That is a hilarious post. Sort of like reading Miss Manners’ hard bound bible while sitting in the stands of a Texas Ranger’s game drinking beer with your buds. A good laugh.
Well folks do seem to be on edge lately, and not only here.
Is that Steve JOBA-THE-HUT? hahaha.
Explaining away ignorance is never a good thing for the unskilled or lazy. Are you a union man or woman?
Listen. We all make grammar, spelling, and writing mistakes. But posting an unreadable and incomprehensible vanity post ripping apart a newly dead man who has achieve more success in one lifetime than ten lifetimes of many of us here--one better have a decent intelligent presentation or move on.
I am sure the closest union office would love to have your excuse ridden, co dependent writings. Lord know they exploit and thieve based on that reality. Or the nearest homeless shelter too can use such a spokesman.
And for the few, for whatever reason, it looks like poor, dead Steve is their kicking post.
“...Why do Big Hollywood and Big Sports get passes, too?...
The New York Yankees are the epitome of greed all around....Greedy owners, greedy players, greedy concession owners. A normal family has to scrimp and save for a day out at the ballgame. Why doesn’t OWS address that? I guess it is because even communists and marxists get starstruck.
You really enjoy attacking other FR posters, don’t you?
No, I am not in a union, and not “explaining things away.” I have an MA in English, work as a professional writer, and yet I make mistakes too—so do you, as is quite evident in your posts in this thread. I am merely pointing out that it is unwise to cast stones while dwelling in a glass house of one’s own.
Additionally, I think you are completely misinterpreting the purpose of the OP’s post. As I understand it, he is commenting on the irony of the LEFT (not you or other FReepers), trashing a man they once idolized because they have just now discovered he held anti-Obama sentiments. I do not think he shares those sentiments himself.
Because, for years, Apple was seen as the underdog. No more than that.
LOL! I just replaced my Dell Inspiron! Don’t remember the number. It worked okay for 3 years, but has had all kinds of problems in the last 2-3 months. I finally gave up on fixing it and replaced it.
In a word? Yes. :-D. When it is well deserved. Otherwise I don't bother.
I'm a very understanding and generally accepting person on most accounts. However laziness and explaining away or sticking up for stupidity and laziness bugs me to no end. Guess you fell under one or the other.
Unwise? A glass house of one's own? Really? Posting a vanity is a big deal. It is saying I am so self important and my ideas are so important I have to post it with all the other professionals.
I don't post vanities. I don't assume so much self importance that I would waste people's time. If I did, however, I would take the time to truly edit it for comprehension and use the spell checker.
if I ever post a vanity, I hope you stand there is judgement and comparison to this guy that posted a stinker and took off.
Otherwise you are comparing Apples and Kiwis. I dwell as a small time poster. That is where I live. OP is a vanity--huge thread of their own person. Let them live and die on the comprehension of their ideas. Me I'm just a worker bee.
Having watched jobs public persona over the years, he has always stuck as a salesman more than any kind of designer. Now we will have to suffer the cult of Saint Jobs.
