Vet cuts down Illegal Mexican flag flying above U.S. Flag
Don't know how to embed the video, but it warms the heart to see a Viet Nam Vet still fighting for his country.
Best down load it before the commies pull it.

And should anyone try to do anything about, please broadcast who tried, and where they live.
The war is gonna start sometimes, and now is a good time.
Wow! God bless him!
I applaud this vet. More people should do what he did. If that shop keeper doesn’t like it, maybe he should take his business somewhere else. Like south of the border where “his” flag can fly freely and untouched. OUR flag flies under NO other flag except that of the United Nations and certain religious flags.
Thank you sir for standing up the the USA and her flag.
VFW Call to Action
Stop Balancing Budget on Backs of Military and Veterans
The individual letters signed by Levin and McCain were far more ominous, because they both agreed with proposals President Obama announced last month to create a commission to examine the current military retirement system, and to alter military TRICARE benefits for those retirees age 65 and older. The president also wants to increase pharmacy copayments for military dependents and retirees of all ages, but both senators suggested the proposal needs further DOD review.
Regarding the military retirement system, Levin wrote the commission should expand its scope to “encompass all aspects of military compensation, including the current system of basic pay, allowances (including the housing allowance), special and incentive pays, and health care, as well as the tax treatment of the various components of military pay.” Levin also agreed with the president’s proposal to institute a $200 annual fee for military retirees age 65 and older who are enrolled in TRICARE for Life, but he would link future fee increases to the percentage amount of a retiree’s annual cost of living adjustment. The president’s proposal has no such linkage, and if approved as is, TRICARE for Life fees would rise from the recommended $200 in 2012 to $295 in 2013. This would be in addition to Medicare Part B payments they must already pay.
This in addition to the ALREADY raised CO-pays for RX. 0 is not only going after the retired, but active duty Troops.
Where is this billboard ?
Is there any question how that vet is going to vote in 2012?
hee hee hee
Bumpity, Bumpity, BUMP!
..*smiles*....an oldie but a goodie
Good for him!
Do you live in a time warp? This thing is something like over FIVE YEARS OLD. Just sayin.
Exactly - good for him. He is a man of action, a rare type.
Just to mention this incident happened in ‘07. Not saying that it is not important to know about it.
You notice how lovingly that the probably illegal invader picked up his nation’s flag?
The AMERICAN flag should fly under NO other flag PERIOD!
This will leave Express Scripts to fill your RX...and you wont know from which country your meds are from, or what brand you will get with your order that sits in a hot or cold mail box all day.
Want even scarier stuff, just the headlines is enough to scare the c out of me. Express Scripts covers 1 in 3 Americans! Medicare/Tricare, along with BC/BS are their largest clients. After the scandal plagued Medco $29 BILLION buy out, it makes them even larger. And a lot of that buy out money was tax $$.
And instead of covering 1 in 3 RXs they will cover 1 in 2 Rxs.
NOTE: the BREACH of security for Tricare, which the MSM has been mum about!

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Express Scripts Inc will buy rival Medco Health Solutions Inc for $29.1 billion, creating a U.S. powerhouse in managing prescription drug benefits that is sure to draw antitrust scrutiny.
Express Scripts said Thursday that it would buy a smaller rival, Medco Health Solutions, for $29.1 billion, becoming the biggest pharmacy benefits manager in the country in one of the largest deals of the year.
Express Scripts Inc. said on July 21 that it plans to buy its largest competitor, Medco Health Solutions Inc., for $29.1 billion, representing a seismic shift in the pharmacy benefit management marketplace.
This is the article with some of the best details.
Express Scripts Inc. (ESRX) agreed to buy Medco Health Solutions Inc. (MHS) for $29.1 billion in the largest deal in at least a decade among U.S. companies that manage prescription-drug benefits.
Buying Medco gives St. Louis-based Express Scripts the scale to become dominant among companies that handle drug benefits for corporate and government clients.
Express Scripts is one of Americas largest pharmacy benefit managers with 12,000+ employees and servicing more than 50 million people across the United States and Canada. Were the people behind the prescription card in your wallet.
On top of this Tricare was hit by an increase in Co-pays on 10/1/11, in 2012 0 gifts the retired Military over 65 with another $200 hit, and in 2013 a $295 hit. On top of the Medicare increase coming in January.
Seen from Highway 60-70-84, 5 miles east of Clovis, New Mexico:
No idea, it got posted to my FB page yesterday by a fellow patriot.
The flag incident happened in Reno, NV.
And thanks for your service.
I visited Thailand back in 1958 when my folks were stationed in Yokohama (I was an Army Brat.)
My dad had been offered an engineering position with International Paper in Laos. Glad he didn’t take the job...
The American Revolution is something like over 200 years old, does that diminish it any?
...was about 33 miles from the border, used to hire a cab (bribe) to drive into Laos to go swimming...until we found out about a bounty on us.
God Bless this man. When are more people going to stand up for this country. Or have the masses been beaten down in to submission.
In order to do business in Laos in the 50s and early 60s, you had to have a royal connection. My dad was a purchasing officer for the Army and a lodge buddy knew the King and his brother.
The buddy was a sales rep for International Paper and was convinced that at the rate the US was using paper in Asia, (everything was in triplicate) that a paper mill could be a money maker. The fall back was the Philippines and we damned near moved there when the Laos deal crapped out.
I made six crossings on MSTS ships from Seattle to Yokohama and back, 1951-1961.
The owner and/or manager of the restaurant should have learned the rules for properly displaying the flags of two nations in front of his business.
In the United States they are flown on two separate poles of equal height. The flag of the United States takes the position of honor, which is it's own right (which would be the viewer left). If only one pole is available, then only the United States flag should be flown. You never fly the flags of two nations together on the same pole, except in time of war as a sign of conquest. Otherwise it is considered an insult.
The vet in question (assuming he is a real vet and not a publicity hound) should have asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant, and politely informed him that his business was effectively insulting the flag of the United States. Then simply asked him to remove the Mexican flag at least until he had another pole to fly it from separately.
He should not have vandalized another person's property but cutting the flag down instead of lowering it and removing the flags. And he should not have walked off with a US flag he did not own.
The TV station itself should have explained the situation to the restaurant, instead of camping out and waiting for a hot head to create good video for TV.
A textbook example of how NOT to resolve a situation.
FYI, the below picture shows an appropriate time to display the flags of two nations on a single pole:

Oops, sorry, did not mean to double post.
Admin Moderator, since my duplicate post has a large picture, can you remove one to save bandwidth?
My American Flag never flies bleow that of the UN.
I see. Thank you for your input.
My flag flies under no flag, especially the flag of the UN (which I would trample rather than fly).
The UN is a subversive organization on American soil AFAIC.
I could not disagree with you more! The Vet is to be applauded.
God deliver us from pusillanimous milk-toasts.
By the way, I read one of Dan Gallery's books. :)
I salute this courageous Vet!
Ok, enough already! I understand that sometimes folks here change the spelling of words (see "series" and "hugh") intentionally to garner the occasional grin, but I am beginning to wonder whether people here truly understand that this word is actually spelled M-I-L-Q-U-E-T-O-A-S-T.
From Oct 3, 2007.
I understand and refuse to use the French spelling. LOL. In fact use of the original splling makes one a milk-toast. LOL.
I read years ago that the flag of the UN is permitted to fly higher than the flag of the USA. I just read that the flag of the USA NEVER flies below that of the UN. I stand corrected on that.
Personaly, I would NEVER allow my flag to fly under ANY other flag. Far too much blood has been lost defending it.
Hell, you should discontinue the use of English altogether as our language originated elsewhere.
Me? I prefer to use ACCURATE terminology, regardless of etymology.
I’ve toured the U-505. That was before it was moved to its current location.
Captain Gallery wrote a book about the USS Pueblo incident. It’s a pretty good read.
