The country’s first criminal prosecution of Planned Parenthood was left teetering Friday when it was revealed the state of Kansas destroyed abortion records that prosecutors planned to use as evidence.

Johnson County prosecutors asked a judge to delay a Monday hearing to decide if there’s enough evidence to try Planned Parenthood on 23 felony counts of falsifying pregnancy termination reports.

Prosecutors say the records, which are central to making their case, were shredded sometime in 2005, roughly two years before charges were brought against Planned Parenthood by former Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline.

The second female Governor of Kansas from 2003 to 2009, Kathleen Sibelius, was obstructing justice long before she eliminated public access to the database of negligent and incompetent physicians.

Phill Kline, is the former district attorney of Johnson County, Kansas, (metro Kansas City). From January 2003 to January 2007, he was the Attorney General of Kansas and tried to stop late term abortions by George Tiller, M.D. who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Sibelius campaign coffers. During Tiller's era, Wichita was the nations capitol for late term abortions performed on underage children.

Phill Kline's case against Planned Parenthood has disintegrated due to the destruction of evidence by the state during the Sibelius administration and his law license is in jeopardy. Kathleen Sibelius has left a path of death and destruction.

"....the state of Kansas destroyed abortion records that prosecutors planned to use as evidence..."

Isn't this action, of itself, cause for a criminal investigation?

Who will start the call for an investigation? Kansas is rotten with democrat control. There is so much corruption at the state level in Kansas that it boggles the mind.

??? Kansas gov Sam Brownback is a Republican. Repubs hold the House 92 to 33, and the state senate 32 to 8.

We have our un-fair share of RINOs, many of whom seemed terrified of crossing Sebilius and the state’s liberal press.

It’s okay for them to do this: they’re liberals.

Are you birds suggesting pro-lifers knowingly allowed for thia? Worst case would be someone was asleep at switch but that’s highly doubtful, as its apparent on the face more than a couple pair of eyes would be on this.

They’ll be some digging and you’ll see it’d be key Dems in key places pulled this off.

Further on Florida: 2010 Florida crime rates are down significantly from their peaks, with CCW currently rampant in FL.

What happens behind closed doors becomes known years later. Planned Parent Hood committed a felony by shredding docs they were to keep for 5 years and they wont be prosecuted since the libs seem to have control in Kansas inspite of the republican officeholders. Entrenched bureacracy is like that.
