If it’s a Federal program, the State should not be able to add conditions. However, the program should be abolished, as I don’t remember “gimme free shit” in the Constitution.

A simple way to avoid this is to eliminate all Florida state welfare programs (which we should do anyway) and then there would be much less incentive for freeloaders.

If his children need food, fine, give him food stamps for the kids with a mandate they be used for milk, bread, basic veggies, etc.

If he can’t feed his kids what the heck is he doing in “college”???

It's a living document and it "grew" that line later on. You just don't know how to interpret it properly.

Irony: Being forced to take a drug test in order to have the privilege of *working* for your money, but being exempted from a drug test in order to have the *right* to free money.

On January 13, 2009the Constitution, except when it suited their purposes,was removed as thegoverning statdard of the United States by the obama administration. It was replaced with czars and executive orders.No one in a position of authority opposed him.
