(AP) President Barack Obama is offering mortgage relief to struggling homeowners in hard-hit Nevada and around the country - saying he can't wait for an "increasingly dysfunctional Congress" to act.
The president said Monday that "where they won't act, I will." He made the comments in remarks prepared for a stop in Las Vegas as he began a three-day Western trip.

Obama a Constitutional Law Professor?
Sen. Obama, who has taught courses in constitutional law at the University of Chicago, has regularly referred to himself as "a constitutional law professor," most famously at a March 30, 2007, fundraiser when he said, "I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution."
The Congress is doing what they were elected to do 1n 2010, block Obama. The usurper is a rogue out of control and needs to be stopped!

We’ve had stalled congresses before and history has thankfully shown those stalled situations we’re good for the country in the long run.
Now we have a President, ready and willing ...to go it on his own. He needs to be stopped. I do not think a ‘reminder’ to him regarding equal branches of government will work. 0bama is hell-bent on his agenda. He knows he is running out of time.
So far all his efforts to instigate a crisis have failed. Threats of quarentines from the flu to Nancy Pelosi & leading democrats parading through millions of Tea Party Patriots have failed to provoke the side he thought would easily react. And again in that regard...he failed.
Will his ascendency to Dictatorship provoke the response he wants?
If Hussein can do this without the Congressional, why did he wait THREE YEARS to “help” homeowners?
I think this is called ‘politics’. As typical with Liberals, when politics do not go their way, they whine and try to change the rules.
When Conservatives are faced with this kind of Congress, they return to the polls and try again. No violent and unseemly demonstrating in the street, no ugly rhetoric, no childish tantrums or illicit effort to change the rules...that's how WE endure Liberal ‘politics’

The results so far as those with mortgage problems will be minimal. A negative outcome to shift blame is the reason for the order.

Our Founding Fathers designed a system with two components key to liberty:
1. Change is slow. This forces deliberation and the discovery of facts and ulterior motives.
2. Change can be halted by replacements in midterm elections.
The system continues to work.
Obammie the Commie is playing footsie with full-fledged tyranny at this point. Circumventing congress is circumventing the US Constitution.

But it is not footsie anymore. Today, yesterday really, he announced his ascendancy.
In the past few years, while we may poke fun at him...he does seem to follow through on what he says.
This is not ‘just talk,’ from him. A few months ago he was at a major speech and said something to this effect...he'd like to be able to do it. Yesterday he said he will do it.
I keep thinking of the arrogance of Pharaoh and all the times he turned away from the requests of the Hebrews(God). And his heart was hardened...
