A group dedicated to keeping strict Muslim law, known as Shariah, from being established in the United States had its conference venue canceled after the hotel raised safety concerns.
The Tennessee Freedom Coalition was set to meet Nov. 11 at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tenn. The group called the 300-person event the Preserving Freedom conference, and said it was the first of its kind in the nation that tackled the topic of “Islamization of America,” according to the group’s website.
Although the hotel received the deposit last week, management promptly returned the money after learning that two controversial speakers planned to attend the event.
“Our decision has nothing to do about the conference’s content,” Steve Eckley, the senior vice president of hotels for Amerimar Enterprises, the hotel’s parent company. “This has to do with the security of our staff and clients.”

What ever happened to the spine of America. Back in the day, this would have energized Americans to defy any threat. Gone is the America of the "Greatest Generation" and all patriotic folk since.

Let me see, this from the religion of peace, or the religion of shariah law? Seems like the folks holding the conference are well aware of what the religion of Peace is all about.

There are three Jewish Synagogues on that road West End Avenue and further out it is Hwy 100. Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform Jews are all there. They too should protest this caving to the Mohammedans.
As a Christian coming form a long line of Jews, I can assure you none will protest. The modern Jew in America wishes to remain in the background, never protesting, never giving vent to anything but positive thoughts toward situations that might bring a negative response to their existence (hope that makes sense).

Back in the era of the 1980s in El Salvador the owner-editor of a small newspaper was Mario Rosenthal. I once jokingly chided him that his Rightist views were very different than Abe Rosenthal of the New York Times. He responded that “Rosenthal! It is like “Smith” for Jews.”
But Mario was a true maverick and a brave publisher who gave the devil to the communists and especially their lazy comfortable allies in the international press and media. We need more like him. He said he grew up a poor Jew among rich Jews in a San Francisco neighborhood.
Tom Negri, the GM at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel (just a few blocks from the Hutton) did the same about 2 years ago. I worked there at the time.
Over 150 room nights lost because he’s a liberal jerk.
Stockholm syndrome might be one way to describe the Jewish mind set. Six million of their ancestors killed because, and only because, they were Jewish would make any group of people paranoid.
Sadly, it was that same exact sentiment they had in 1938...
They ought to be comedians, because their jokes just write themselves. And they would be really funny, if it weren't for the fact that the "punch line" isn't just a punch, but a beheading or an explosion.

You're right, but as a Jew, I would like to remind THEM that using that tactic, to assimilate, and blend it as much as possible, didn't work out so well for the Jews in Germany in the 1930s. Most believed that the Wiemar Republic would protect them, since they were loyal subjects, many having served honorably in the military. They never believed that things could change the way they did.
