A seven-year-old boy who identifies as a girl has been allowed to join the Girl Scouts in the US, despite the group initially barring him for having "boy parts".
Bobby Montoya, from Denver in Colorado, dresses and behaves like a girl and wanted to join Girl Scouts like his older sister.
His mother, Felisha Archuleta, told Denver's 9NEWS how she took her son to register but was told he could not join.
"I said: 'Well, what's the big deal?' She said: 'It doesn't matter how he looks, he has boy parts, he can't be in Girl Scouts'," Ms Archuleta said.
The registering official reportedly continued: "Girl Scouts don't allow that [and] I don't want to be in trouble by parents or by my supervisors."
Bobby, who lists his favourite toys as Bratz and Strawberry Shortcake, said it was tough news to hear.
"It was like somebody told me I can't like girl stuff and I have to change my name to something else," he said.
But the Scouts recanted on their initial decision yesterday, releasing a statement saying they support transgender kids.
"Girl Scouts is an exclusive organisation and we accept all girls in Kindergarten through 12th grade as members," the statement read.

“It was like somebody told me I can’t like girl stuff and I have to change my name to something else,” he said.”
Hmmm. Sounds like this boy has been “victim programmed”. Answer a little too pat?
“Help, help, I’m being repressed!”
Waiting for someone else to comment. I’ve got nothing. End of the world’s coming soon.
Help, help, Im being repressed!
I'm sure the kid with "boy parts" will be a hit.
Not soon enough.
The accomodating mother who dresses her son as a girl and buys him dozens of Barbis etc should be horsewhipped, and left in stockades as a rotten egg target.
Society has a stake in this.
The Girl Scouts went off the deep end a long, long, time ago.
In my day we called them sissies.
I’m a Cub Scout leader (Webelos II) who has a boy who has ‘two mommies’. The last camping trip one of his ‘mommies’ tried to turn our campout into a gay rights speech. Let’s just say that I’m so proud of my other kids and parents, no ugly words were spoken, but the boy nor his “mommy” will ever attend a scout meeting at our Pack again. The sad part is I feel for the boy; he wants to ditch the lesbo bull mom so bad it isn’t funny. Really tragic.

It’s tougher for us sane and normal people to hear that an institution has to bow down to you minority sick freaks.
Wth is going on this country
Time is running out. Are you prepared?
So, which girl scout will he be tent mates with on the next camping trip?
> Bloody peasant.
I think I was supposed to say my line first, guys (see tagline, same since 2005). :)
"I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week..."
"If a child identifies as a girl and the child's family presents her as a girl, Girl Scouts of Colorado welcomes her as a Girl Scout."
I bet the entire local HS football team shows up at the next Senior GS Troop meeting wanting to join up and wondering when the next overnight camping trip is ...
The other odd one, who thinks she's a boy? /s
And this isn't a transgender kid. He's a transvestite. Sorry, he ain't gender-bent until he loses his pee-pee to a surgeon's knife.
All this foolish, dangerous cr@p will stop in a hurry the first night that one of the real girls sees his sleeping bag going up and down, turns a flashlight on him, and squeals, "EE-EE-EE-WWWWWW!!!! GROSS!!!!"
Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

wow...there is NO ABSOLUTE DOUBT, we are at the end of this Age, aren’t we.
What a tragedy, indeed.
