IF Malcolm X WAS BO’s father, BO would meet all Constitutional requirements, as both X and BO’s mother were “natural-born citizens”. Barack Obama Sr., was NEVER a US citizen, however. Now unless I’m interpreting the Constitution bass-ackwards, BOTH parents of a candidate for US President MUST be “natural-born citizens”.
