BOTCHED —that stupid word. Again.

If, suicidal, I jump off a bridge and then go splat, was the job BOTCHED? No —it was successful. Like F&F.

Why does the mass media use that word? Cuz they’re COVERING FOR THE PALS.

Should YOU be watching/reading the Legacy Media? NO. Good post, but still, m’kay...? Tiger will NOT change his stripes. Ever. They’re dead-enders.

HOW could the Castaway guns get to MS-13 via FMS, if Hillary DID NOT KNOW?

That’s impossible..!

Clinton: DOJ didn’t give State a ‘heads up’ about Fast and Furious

http://thehill.com/video/house/190225-clinton-justice-department-did-not-give-state-a-heads-up-about-fast-and-furious-

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told lawmakers Thursday that she had not been notified by the Justice Department about a botched, international gun-tracking program has been linked to the death of a Border Patrol agent. Appearing before the House Foreign Affairs committee, Clinton was questioned by Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) about the State Department’s involvement in the controversial Fast and Furious operation that has triggered hearings on Capitol Hill.

Mack asked Clinton if State had issued “the Justice Department a license or a written waiver in order to allow for the transfer of thousands of weapons across the U.S.-Mexico border?”

The secretary testified that State had “no record of any request for coordination. We have no record of any kind of notice or heads up.”

“My recollection is that I heard about it from the press,” Clinton added.

Claiming that it was the first time she had been asked that question, Clinton said that she had seen “no evidence” that such a waiver was granted and promised to investigate the matter further.

Apparently, no one in Washington knew anything. The BATF agents did dreamed this up and executed it, all by themselves. /s

Democrats need to understand that when they are in power, no one will ever believe they don't know what's going on in their alphabet agencies. They are all about knowing my blood type, medical history, bank info from my brokerage account, if I say something negative about Obama to my neighbor, if I make bootleg maple syrup, If I have a cow and drink its milk, if my son is circumcised and how many guns I own. Yeah, no one knew anything.

Clinton is a liar, and a very careful one. Any question should begin in the months prior to May 1989 and should focus on her attendance at meetings where Mexican drug trafficking was the subject, and the movement of arms between the United States and Mexico was discussed.

Mack: Department of Justice should face severe penalties for Operation Fast and Furious

http://mack.house.gov/index.cfm?p=PressReleases&ContentRecord_id=0bb8e5f3-4850-4bdc-8d5c-097e12d1cf5d&ContentType_id=8c55a72b-64f8-4cba-990c-ec1ed2a9de24&Group_id=b3c463ca-96b6-41ff-94e5-a945437bc123

Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14), Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Western Hemisphere Subcommittee, received confirmation at today’s Committee hearing that the Department of Justice likely broke the law and should face severe penalties for its involvement in Operation Fast and Furious.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in response to Congressman Mack’s questioning, stated that the Department of State was not aware of the Department of Justice’s Operation Fast and Furious program, which provided arms to Mexican insurgents. Without gaining State Department approval, decision-makers at the Department of Justice were in violation of U.S. law, and will likely face steep penalties.

During the hearing, Mack asked Clinton when she learned of Operation Fast and Furious. Secretary Clinton responded that the State Department has “no record of any request for coordination” with the Department of Justice, and that she “learned of [Fast and Furious] from the press.”

After the hearing, Mack added: “It is time that this Administration takes responsibility for Fast and Furious. Enough with the delays and double-talk. I want to know who is going to be held accountable for this tragic and irresponsible program. The American people deserve the truth.”

Yesterday, in a letter to Secretary Clinton, Congressman Mack informed the Secretary of possible violations of the Arms Export Control Act. United States law requires State Department involvement in any decision to send weapons across an international border.

The text of the letter is below:

October 26, 2011

The Honorable Hillary Rodham Clinton
Secretary of State
U.S. Department of State
2201 C Street, NW
Washington, DC 20520

Dear Madam Secretary:

I am deeply troubled by revelations that officials involved in the Fast and Furious operation specifically excluded details of the operation from State Department officials. Further, it appears that this breach of protocol resulted in a violation of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) created by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), a violation carrying severe penalties.

In recent testimony before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, Ambassador William Brownfield testified under oath that the State Department had no knowledge of the Fast and Furious operation. If accurate, the Justice Department is in serious breach of United States law by intentionally circumventing the Department of State.

As you are now aware, our government allowed thousands of weapons to enter a country battling an extremely violent drug war with no reasonable hope of recovering those weapons. This policy provided drug cartels with the very firearms used to massacre U.S and Mexican nationals and wage a criminal insurgency against the Mexican government. We may never know exactly how many deaths can be attributed to the irresponsible actions of the Justice Department, nor the lasting implications for U.S. national security.

As you also know, U.S. law places the Department of State at the helm of protecting against such failures. Under the ITAR, it is a violation of the AECA to “conspire to export, import, reexport or cause to be exported…any defense article… for which a license or written approval is required… without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls,” [emphasis added]. The State Department is entrusted with preventing American weapons from being used in foreign conflicts without the approval of a sovereign foreign nation, while ensuring that American weapons will not end up in the hands of our enemies to be used against our own citizens.

I request that you divulge the extent of the State Department’s knowledge of the Fast and Furious operation. If the State Department had no knowledge of this operation, as was stated in Ambassador Brownfield’s official testimony, I urge you to assure the American people that your Department will hold the Department of Justice accountable for these appalling infractions. The American people await your timely response.

Respectfully,

CONNIE MACK
Member of Congress

Of course, with her Thighness it’s all about the nuance of the question. If, for instance, the actual idea to change the existing program into a real gunrunning campaign had originated at the State Department, there would have been no need for Holder to give anyone a “head’s up” about something they had already known and helped plan.

She sure knows how to lie under oath.

State Dept. involvement.

"Grenade-walking" part of "Gunwalker" scandal

More State Dept. involvement.

Worse Than Gunwalker? State Dept. Allegedly Sold Guns to Zetas

Phil Jordan, a former CIA operative and one-time leader of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center, claims that the Obama administration is running guns to the violent Zetas cartel through the direct commercial sale of military grade weapons:

Jordan, who served as director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center in 1995, said the Zetas have shipped large amounts of weapons purchased in the Dallas area through El Paso.

(snip)

“They’ve found anti-aircraft weapons and hand grenades from the Vietnam War era,” Plumlee said. Other weapons found include grenade launchers, assault rifles, handguns and military gear including night-vision goggles and body armor.

Even more State Department involvement...

— has sources claiming “Obama’s man in the State Department,” (former) Deputy Secretary of State Jim Steinberg, was the State Department operative who helped Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and the Department of Justice Deputy Attorney General David Ogden formulate the strategy that led to the tactics used in Operation Fast and Furious.

Steinberg took office as Deputy Secretary of State on January 28, 2009

A little more than two years later, it was announced that Steinberg's time in the Obama State Department was over. From the New York Times, 30 March 2011:

Mrs. Clinton heaped praise on Mr. Steinberg, describing him as an “indispensable” partner. “On every foreign policy challenge, big and small, he has helped formulate our policy and oversee its execution,” she wrote. Mr. Steinberg, she said, played “Oscar to Jack Lew’s Felix,” referring to Jacob J. Lew, her other deputy, who left earlier this year to become Mr. Obama’s budget director.

“There is no evidence of that” is not only poor or deliberately evasive grammar, as if there is no evidence, there must be some evidence and/or it is clearly explained that there isn’t any evidence because she, her state Dept. and the DOJ destroyed the evidence, so there isn’t any left.

She just threw the ATF, DOJ and FBI under the bus regarding violations of international law. So now they can take the fall for that if they don't want to cough up some evidence that the State Dept/Hillary gave them permission. Permission that would be illegal even if given.

Of course she was in it - State would have to handle the confidential cross border clearances on both sides. In fact, The Bitch probably initiated it, since she can never let go of any of her idiot schemes lest it expose her as the failure she is. This one was just a continuation of her importantion of assault weapons for gangs that she pulled off in the ‘90s.

Well good thing that we found that guy Kevin O’Reilly today, National Security adviser in the White House who supposedly got sent to Iraq for some strange new job after various of his emails got included in a Friday evening document dump. I am sure we can ask him a few questions to make sure they all really didn’t know anything.

Clinton: State Dept. unaware of "Fast & Furious" (Video)

But ....... what about this article:

Breaking: new evidence shows Hillary a mastermind behind Gunwalker
Suffolk County Liberty Report 27 October 2011

By Anthony Martin at Examiner.com

Last week it was reported that the State Department and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were deeply involved in the scandal known as Operation Fast and Furious, or Project Gunwalker. Today, however, new evidence has surfaced indicating that not only was Hillary deeply involved in the scandal but was one of the masterminds behind it.

According to investigative citizen journalist Mike Vanderboegh, sources close to the development of the Gunwalker scheme state that early on, Hillary and her trusted associated at State, Andrew J. Shapiro, devised at least part of the framework of what would later become Operation Fast and Furious.

The Mexican government didn’t give her an earful?

The Mexicans have been all too silent about this whole Fast & Furious, Gunwalker debacle.

Makes one wonder what skin they had in all this.

Were they prepped by the State Department and knew about it all along?

Their silence speaks volumes compared to how outspoken and upset they were over Arizona's illegal immigrant law.

I think one of a couple of things are happening here:

1. Hillary is isolating herself and the State Dept from blatant treaty violations and throwing hussein and the bunch under the Clinton bus.

2. Considering the question asked and how it was worded, she has either been picked to "save the party" when all of this comes crashing down around obumbles or the Congressional committees are getting her on record committing perjury while simultaneously getting her on public record as saying that Holder and the big sis gang committed gross arms treaty violations which would also flush hussein and his bunch down the toilet.

3. She is trying to cover her ample backside while being so arrogant as to believe she is a Clinton and untouchable.

Either way, this woman is a snake who has historical precedence of being able to get away with murder and never have to account for it. IMHO, it is all up to Issa and Grassley as to how this will play out; typical DC corruption and deal cutting or (finally) a way to finally shed some light on the cockroaches infesting our government.

Hillary needs to be questioned from 5 directions. She's capable of answering with a "It depends on what the meaning of the words 'is' is."

If the question isn't totally clear, she'll wiggle out of a truthful answer.
