It is a little hypocritical, though, for someone who takes off so often (for whatever reason) to say all those Occupy Wall Street people need to do is get a job. If only it were that simple.
Some people who have degrees just like Savage try very hard to get a job, any job. They’ve been advised to dumb down their resumes, to not be proud of their accomplishments. It is demoralizing to be called “overqualified.”
