Here in Californy, there is supposed to be public access to all beaches. The Rich Hollywood type folk have actually fenced off the public access ways next to their homes and then had their Lawyers tie up the Courts for years while maintaining their “exclusive” public property.

They only own so much of the sand in front of their homes, so I assume they are all in favor of Global Warming so the Sea will rise and cover the “public” part of the Beach.

Please don't misunderstand. I am a firm proponent of Private Property Rights. My issue is the Hypocrisy of the Left who feel entitled to live as they wish but support Politicians who want to control the little people.

Steve Jobs, who got away with driving a Car without License Plates and didn't have a problem parking in Handicapped Parking Spaces comes to mind. If you or I did the same things he did there would be hell to pay. He was Rich, he was brilliant and he was an innovator, but he was still a number one A Hole.

In other words, typical do as I say but not as I do Liberal.
