BTW, lest this thread be hijacked by a side discussion, Walid Bin Talil owns 7% of the ridiculously huge multinational behemoth NEWS CORPORATION, not just the relatively tiny subsidiary, Fox News. Of course he becomes “co-owner” of “Fox News” with a suggestion of direct influence, whenever leftist rags like haaretz need to deflect attention from a story they don’t want to report. That’s why Walid’s name randomly came up in a story about one of his 14 or so siblings.

Walid Bin Talil owns 7%

That 7% could be a key swing vote at future News Corp.annual meetings. The vote at the meeting a few days ago was uncomfortably close for Murdoch.

The Saudi has much more influence over News Corp., and therefore Fox News and the WSJ, than 7% might indicate.
