"Cain should have known better than to put himself in any type of situation that could be construed as harassment."

There are NO facts that show that Cain put himself in any such situation!!

A couple of women wanted some easy money & decided to accuse him of some lame vague actions does not make it true that he did anything of the kind.

You are quick to buy into the exact purpose of this smear. I hope it never happens to you.

It’s a classic false allegation and subsequent shakedown, is what it is.

Did you see this? He did nothing wrong. Amazing how people want to trash him for nothing. And the MSM was silent about 0bastard’s faggotry!

Cain Details Gesture That Led To Sex Accusation
The Washington Examiner ^ | October 31, 2011 | Byron York Chief Political Correspondent

Posted on Monday, October 31, 2011 3:00:45 PM by Southnsoul

Cain spoke in response to detailed questioning from Fox News’ Greta van Susteren, who led Cain through the facts of the case in an extended interview. That interview was taped to be shown on Fox Monday night.

Cain told van Susteren that he remembered one woman who was a writer in the Association’s communications department. “I can’t even remember her name, but I do remember the formal allegation she made in terms of sexual harassment,” Cain said. “I turned it over to my general counsel and one of the ladies that worked for me, the woman in charge of human resources. They did investigate…and it was found to be baseless.”

Van Susteren asked Cain how often he saw the woman. “I might see her in the office because her office was on the same floor as my office,” Cain said. Van Susteren asked whether the woman traveled with Cain, who spent a lot of time on the road speaking to restaurant associations around the country. “No, never,” Cain said.

Van Susteren asked what Cain did that led to the accusation. There were reportedly more than one accusations in the complaint, but Cain said he recalled just one incident. “She was in my office one day, and I made a gesture saying — and I was standing close to her — and I made a gesture saying you are the same height as my wife. And I brought my hand up to my chin saying, ‘My wife comes up to my chin.’” At that point, Cain gestured with his flattened palm near his chin. “And that was put in there [the complaint] as something that made her uncomfortable,” Cain said, “something that was in the sexual harassment charge.”

That’s obviously the most innocuous of the claims in the complaint, explained without any of the nuance or context by which, I would presume, the woman detailed it.

I don’t know. He could be innocent, he could be guilty, it could be a borderline case. But it’s two women, not one, and none of us knows the circumstances.

You’re not even a person who sees a glass half full as half empty, you see a glass full but has a 1/2 inch at the top not filled, and you’re complaining. I think it’s clear as day Cain did nothing wrong whatsoever and the BOD’s who accused him were losers who were after money.

If more details come out that prove me wrong, I’ll be the first to admit it. But many details have come out, and more and more this looks to be nothing but throwing crap that doesn’t exist and hoping it sticks.

To say that when it’s multiple women and you haven’t heard—and can’t hear—their side of the story is ridiculous.

That’s what James Carville tried to get us to say when it was multiple claims against Bill Clinton.

He could be innocent or guilty, but we don’t know.

Kind of like with Anita Hill - the seriousness of the charges etc.
