Desperation: The High Tech Lynching of Uppity Herman Cain Begins

Real Feminist

Politico sicks no less than FOUR reporters onto vague nearly 20 year old allegations to smear new GOP Frontrunner Herman Cain.

So desperate are the powers that be to bring down this uber-successful black businessman, that they are doing a Clarence Thomas on him, complete with sketchy allegations such as: a woman “accused him of innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature” and conversations that were regarded as “improper in a professional relationship.” Can you possibly be any more vague?

A few weeks ago a group of “feminists” commemorated the 20th anniversary of dopey fraudster Anita Hill’s pathetic testimony at the Thomas hearings, as if she is some sort of suffragette of the 90s. Now, some in the political “good ‘ol boy network” are falling over themselves to put out this nothing of a story. Towards the end of their hit piece, they stated that most of the employees that worked for Cain said he was “extremely professional” and “fair” to female staffers, and

Cain’s treatment of women was “the same as his treatment of men. Herman treated everyone great,” said Mary Ann Cricchio, who was elected to the board of the restaurant group in 1998. She said Cain left such a good impression on the organization that when he spoke at a group event in January of this year, as he was considering a presidential bid, “he had unanimous support in the room.”
The only actual names and actual statements were that Cain was fair and professional. There are no names, dates or any solid evidence whatsoever for the innuendo, vague comments and phantom “female employees” that “settled for 5 figures”.

Do not be fooled. this is NOT a leftist attack.

The Republican elites are clearly spooked big time by Herman Cain, who has catapulted into shocking leads in the Iowa, South Carolina and Florida polls, and within striking distance of Romney in New Hampshire - a state Mitt has always assumed he would win by double digits. And so they are feeding this tripe to the Washington media vultures they alternatively joust with and seduce to maintain their corruptocracy. Mitt Romney and Rick Perry would fit right in with Karl Rove and his merry band of RINOs. Herman Cain would most defintely not. And so, he must be taken out.

But on what bait would the Leftist Media bite? Why of course - the same tired racist sexual stereotypes they used against Clarence Thomas, which one would have thought would be verboten in today's climate. But for the Left, a "Black Conservative" (just as with a Hispanic conservative - ask Marco Rubio), has committed "race betrayal" - a capital offense. So they are more than happy to play along.

Conservatives need to remember well how those elites on our side have conspired with the Leftist press to try and take down this great American, Herman Cain. They need to be swept from control of the GOP, once and for all. As Vito Corleone would say: "this I will not forgive".

Whorealdo lived up to his name. He was despicable. The story barely broke and he was fueling the fire, blowing it up as some huge story. Totally irresponsible. He should be reprimanded by Fox. He’s obviously a “racist”.

Whenever Team Romney had rumors they wanted to start about other candidates,
Jonathan Martin has been their go-to guy to get those rumors in writing in front of a national audience.

“And The Most Irresponsible Journalist Award Goes to The Politico’s Jonathan Martin!
So tell me, how do you write a “news” story about an organization paying for a speaker when you don’t even know if the organization is paying for the speaker?
Ask “journalist” Jonathan Martin. He knows all about it.
You see, Jonny wrote a piss poor story the other day about how the Iowa Family Policy Center will be paying a large speaker fee if Sarah Palin comes to Iowa to keynote the IFPC’s fall funderaiser.
The only problem is that Jonny has no sources confirming that any exorbitant fee is being charged or paid.
Jonny also got some inside info from David Kochel, who was a top aide to former (and future) presidential candidate, Mitt Romney.
Hey Dave, didn’t I just read a story about how Mitt Romney tried to buy off the Iowa Christian Alliance?
I heard you helped facilitate that little scheme. And somehow you are shocked at the thought of a well-known political figure (who very likely isn’t running for president) getting paid a speaker’s fee for (gasp) a public speaking appearance? ..
and then we’ve got Tim Albrecht quoted. He was the Iowa spokesman for Romney’s 2008 caucus campaign.”
And it always seemed like, whenever the Romney people had rumors they wanted to start about other candidates,
Jonny was their go-to guy to get those rumors in writing in front of a national audience.

I agree. It came out after the report that he was in a dead heat in Iowa with Romney.

You make a lot of assumptions there, Mr/Ms.Ill.

You just insulted the second most FReeper populated state in the Union.

Until you walk in our boots,[dealt with the problems we face as a border state] don't group everyone into a single skillet with your off-the-wall and barely legible posts.

If I hear one more (supposed) FReeper indict the entire state of Texas,(just because Perry is running or some problem you had with former presidents) I'm gonna scream bloody murder. It's uncalled for! It's uncouth! And it's PERSONAL!

If, say, Herman Cain becomes the POTUS candidate for the GOP and selects Marco Rubio for his VP running mate, he devastates, massively defeats Obama at the polls, come November, 2012. But, he also, and more importantly dismantles the current Democrat Party, who, IMHO will suffer massive political losses at the ballot box. Mr. Cains election would be anothe massive change in American direction and politics. Coupled with the votes of Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, other minorities, etc., Mr. Cain and Mr. Rubio will destroy the very fabric of “special groups” that hold the Democrat Party in power.

Don't forget, another herd of sacred cows that would suffer from a Cain victory are all the RINO media experts like Karl Rove (Romney's pool boy). For the first time in his miserable, pathetic life, Rove would be on the outside looking in at a Republican administration. Which makes me strongly believe that this smear came directly from Tokyo Rove.

Might be time to trot out Larry Sinclair and put his story in a prime time campaign ad.

Let’s talk about Obama’s homosexuality! He was accused by one guy of soliciting and actually carrying through on it. It has been common knowledge that Obama frequented the gay community years ago with one night stands. Why wasn’t that ever investigated? Why does Obama always get a pass with the liberal media and Cain have to answer? Sexual harrassment is not the same as sexual activity. We’ll see how “fair and balanced” the MSM really is.

Same old tired RACIST liberal playbook. Damn the hypocrisy of these liberal a**hats stink to high heaven.

Hello? How did Whorealdo and the leftist media treat allegations about Bill Clinton?

This is a circus. It’s a national disgrace [yea, I mean you Biden]. It’s a high-tech lynching for uppity Blacks, who in any way deign to think for themselves. And it is a message, that unless you kowtow to the old order, you will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured … by a committee of the U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree.

I really really loathe Geraldo. And the morons over at Politico, non-journalists. This sounds like another Anita Hill-type non-story. Unreal.

I’m thankful Sarah spoke out already on this guy...turn the tasbles right back at them, their credibility is dust.

“The fact that this happened so early points to Romney.”

Right. And the left-wing media loves the GOP so much, they wouldn’t say it was him. Or Rove.

Just can’t get why all this enmity toward Texas..This isn’t the first time I’ve seen it.

Hey Meg, I've always attributed it to Texas envy. :-)

Not a Texan myself, but I've learned to live with the fickle finger of fate...

Two women accused Herman Cain of inappropriate behavior

Just two?!

That's pretty good. I hope they don't ask around about me.

The fact that this happened so early points to Romney.

Exactly. This is a primary "October Surprise". And this is the backstabber TeamRomney MO and hired henchman at Pollute_ico.

Here was the Backstabber TeamRomney (Jonathan Martin, Burns, Haberman) hit piece on Gov. Perry last week.

If you see anything written by these three on Pollute_ico, it came straight from the Romney campaign.

I am going to post this and all of you can take it for whatever it is worth.

Based on the age of the allegations, it was very commonplace twenty years ago, for attorneys to ‘settle’ allegations of sexual harassment whether or not they were true.

I personally witnessed several male managers be smeared by such allegations. The women would make charges, often through the EEOC, and it was cheaper to go through the EEOC process than full court proceedings. The women would ‘get some sort of settlement,’ and then leave the company. The company would settle on the basis of financial reasons and expediency. Often times those settlements did not contain any admission of guilt on the part of the accused or company.
