Some of these FReepers need to let go of a quarter and buy a clue. It is racism when they unleash the hounds of hell to smear a black conservative and it’s not “using the race card” when it really is racism.

NO!

Cain said the comment about the high-tech lynching before this sexual harassment story broke last night.

He KNEW that the opposition would come after him with every dirty trick they could think of. It almost worked with Thomas. And that’s the entire point!

That’s what Cain was saying was coming.

Look at it this way... was it playing fair and nice when the press went after Laura Bush for the car accident she was involved in, where she accidentally killed her boyfriend? No. It wasn’t.

Do you think for a moment that George and Laura Bush didn’t know that was coming?

They knew, before he even announced his candidacy, that her car accident would be in the press. And they handled it well because they were prepared.

Cain is prepared, too.

And I haven’t heard him mention race and sexual harassment.

Do you remember the Clarence Thomas quote?

He called the committee hearings “A high tech lynching.” It involved sexual harassment, not the race of Thomas or Anita Hill. Thomas has NEVER said that what he went through was race oriented. His comment was never meant to imply race. His comment meant that they were trying to assassinate his character and destroy him. In fact Thomas says the committee hearings surrounded only one issue... abortion.

Cain KNEW that this would come up. It involves sexual harassment. It’s his “high tech lynching”.

Cain isn’t focusing on race. He’s focusing on character assassination.

You’re focusing on the race of Cain. No one else is.

“Cain is playing the race card”

The only card Cain is playing is the “I’m going to win Iowa” - card.

The fact that this happened so early points to Romney. If Cain was already nominee, it would be Hussein 0bama..

I turned on the radio this morning and they had a teaser for a news story that a “republican presidential candidate” has been accused of sexual harassment. I didn’t even need to hear the story when they finally played it since I knew it would be the uppity black guy. They played it as news today, but since WTOP (DC news radio) is in bed with Politico, they will play it as a special feature all week.

Remember when the scandal came out right before the 2008 election about the possible gay love affair of Obama and the subsequent murder of another gay man at Obama's church....all swept under the rug by the media? Anyone who still thinks this is a "free" country after all that is out of their ever loving mind.

The fascist powers that be..do not want Cain to see the light of day in this election. Just like they didn't want Palin to survive and launched an unprecedented attach, they will savage Cain in all the media with unusual brutality in any way possible. I won't be surprised at how vicious they will become. Cain is a threat to the stealth dictatorship.

There will no covering for Cain like there was for Obama..mark my words.

You don’t even need to dig up dirt on Herman Cain. You could just talk about how pathetically uninformed of international politics he is (because who cares about Ubeki-beki-beki-stan-stan?). You can talk about his utter lack of political experience (which is not a good thing). Or you could look at the some reviews of his 9-9-9 plan. Whatever you’re looking at, Cain is not a good candidate.

We can’t even get a transcript from Obama’s college days...

Free passes on friendships with terrorist bomber Weather Underground....

But Cain is announced as the real frontrunner and boom this...

Oh, it’s the Republicans that are doing this to Cain, not the libs! Yeah, right.

Another reason for the media to ignore Solyndra and Fast and Furious. This story will dominate the media 24/7 for at least two months.

“Why are Cain’s enemies firing the thermonuclear component of their oppo-research arsenal so early? Generally speaking in such matters, you save your big stuff for later in the campaign.”

This is probably nothing compared to what they have in store for him in the future.

In this day and age, and moreso even in the 90s, all one has to do to be accused of, and even guilty of, sexual harrassment is be male.

The same media that deliberately covered up Edwards cheating on his wife when he was running for President will turn this into the greatest scandal in history.

Geraldo is a lawyer and should know that all, or almost all, settlement agreements contain a clause that the parties refrain from further talking about the case. Geraldo freaked out last night when this was mentioned.

That could be anything from telling a Monica Lewinsky joke, to simply asking her to do a work related task she didn't want to do!

He held the door open for a female employee and stood when one entered room perhaps?

Nope. Perry didn’t bring it up.

Someone in the audience said it. He responded with a statement (roughly paraphrased) about how he could understand how some people might feel that way with the intrusiveness of the federal government.

Look it up.

Politico sicks no less than FOUR reporters onto vague nearly 20 year old allegations to smear new GOP Frontrunner Herman Cain.
