You don’t have to go back and look. I made the comments. I’ll do the looking. I honestly believed the support came from Perry supporters. I’m be anxious to read comments from Cain supporters as it relates to the rock.
Secondly...calling me a liar is a little rough. Those were not lies. They were perceptions. Until I humiliate myself by reading the comments from Cain supporters of which you speak, they remain perceptions. Thanks for your input. It may be true that those comments did come from trolls. I’ll be the first to admit I was wrong if it happens.

Here is just one if you want any more, you look them up, jerk wagon.

Rick Perry’s Texas hunting spot's racially charged name lingered. [Wabbit season! Troll season!]

USS Alaska to Staff Of Moses

I am absolutely NOT a perry guy but this is just bullshit.

His parents bought into a hunting camp almost 30 years ago, that had a rock with the words "Nigger Head" on it and they painted over the rock.

Perry had nothing to do with it.

This is just the wapo going after a pubbie, and using the most vile, despicable tactics that are available.

The more they lefties pound this guy, the more they are going to drive conservatives over to him.

I will look into that. That is a LOT OF SMOKE. Yikes. It smelled like an oppo ops right out of the bowels of Pflouffe’s operation in the basement of the WH, but then again, I could be wrong.....

Others are right. Obama would have waited until the general election - too early for him.

When Gov. Sarah Palin was deciding whether or not to get into the presidential race, Karl Rove was popping up on Fox News to talk about why her skin was too thin for the job. And when Gov. Rick Perry was thinking about his entrance into the race, Rove was Johnny-on-the-spot with reasons why a Perry candidacy would not be viable either. Now Rove’s moved on to Herman Cain, whose candidacy he’s doing all he can to sink, sidetrack, or otherwise derail.

Rove's role in all of this makes me think that he's terrified of being left out in the cold, and a Cain or Perry nomination would probably do that. Romney on the other hand, I can easily see Rove having friends in that campaign who can help his career out by feeding him all kinds of information.

Fair enough. The “misstatements” you made were in a tone of fact and without knowing you I’m sure many here took it the same way. I have learned to be very careful how I word things on blogs and e-mails because there is usually no background beforehand.

As to you going back and looking, that is up to you but when the hatchet job started on Perry, I and many others who were Palin waiters were in the trench right away shoveling the excrement out because I knew these were coming, not by anything specific but because I have been around this game a long time.

From what I learned from that, and other “leaks”, was who I thought were Romney supporters were the ones still hammering the story and not looking past it to find out the real story. Even after the real story was presented and verified.

Are they really Romney supporters? Who knows. All I do know is the establishment pukes see their little thiefdom being threatened and they are one in the same whether it is a D or an R. Good cop vs. bad cop. The losers are the ones who actually believe there is a difference between the two.

So, I am now a Cain supporter because he is not of the establishment political class, period. I was considering Perry until he began to insult my intelligence and then made it worse by habitually opening the door into his face followed by the incredibly childish crap in the last debate. The executive order thing over guardsil lost me in the hopes that he might not be a member of the permanent political class.

OK, Pan, did I miss the apology to all the non-perrywinkles that supported him when the wapo was smearing him for the "nigger head" rock?

You axed me to post one in your post 81 and I did, now put down your shovel, get on a ladder, climb out of your hole, and apologize to all of the FReepers that you denigrated way back at the start of this long, multi-day post.

Thanks for your input ...and civil nature. I always thought calling names was the absolute, most effective way of winning friends and influencing votes.

PS: I never saw the info you offered prior to your offering it. Thanks, sweetie. :)

Wouldn't want you as a friend and since you are from Texas, I couldn't care any less how you vote, sweetie.

I hope you are not an ILLEGAL ALIEN, but if you or any of your kin are, may all your nights be restless.

Relax. Bitter bitter, Texas-hater. I’m not an “ILLEGAL ALIEN.” Don’t even know one. (Why shout?) I kind of figured you didn’t really care about Herman Cain getting votes.
Oh. Sorry for the confusion. I didn’t mean to have you think I was asking you to be my friend.
Ciao.

I’ll vote for Cain if he’s the last man standing. I’ll confess though, I really don’t want to hear my president break out in song every day. I really don’t.
Perry’s policy speeches are worth hearing. Implemented, they’ll work. Give Perry another look in case your guy doesn’t make it to the finish line. All politicians make mistakes unless they’re like Romney and don’t say anything.
