I've got ZERO problem with Japan owning nukes.

They are not the Japan of the 1930’s or 1940’s. They joined civilization. If only Islam would convert.... I could feel comfortable with any CIVILIZED country or ideology owning nukes because when a CIVILIZED one does, they tend not to detonate them on foreign soil because they fear retribution.
