I read the article twice and found no mention of delusions of grandeur, or any other traits of the spendaholic, lunatic, DICTATOR that he has proven himself to be.
BTW, was there a page 2 to this medical report?

I’ll believe he stopped smoking and drugging when the bears stop eating the hikers. Sounds like a doctor bending his ethics to produce the desired PC results ... the end justifies the means.
Along with cutting back on smoking, he has reduced his workday from four to three hours per day.
And we should believe this why...?
Maybe I'm missing something, but I didn't see anything difficult to believe. His weight is obviously in check, most 50 year old men are aren't fat are healthy, and the report says he quit smoking. Anyone can quit smoking. It doesn't make you a saint, just an ex-smoker.
Just the ex-smoking part. A lot of other indications pointed to the opposite. With this gang in the WH, truth is rarely to be found.
