to continue the discussion, the impression the media gives about Iowa is that the place gets saturated with activists. Frankly, I bet that of the 99 counties in Iowa, the 50 smallest have NOBODY organizing for Cain. So if 50 dedicated people around the country wanted to hit the phones for Cain ... they could not fail to have a major impact. Each of those 50 counties will have fewer than 1000 people show up for the caucus. So if you found 1 extra Cain person each day for the next 60 days: you would add a nice cushion to his totals. But there are not 50 people in the country who have the initiative and other requirements to get involved to such a degree.

When I go to NH for Cain with a friend, we will largely have the entire county to ourselves. Most GOP “activists” show up and chat and observe. Very little work time is put in. I guess they figure volunteering is like “working for free” and “working for free” is not part of the Republican value set.

Well, we had a President who talked up the pro-life cause for eight years 2001-2009 and exactly how many children were saved by that?

Since Bush left office, the ‘Dynamic’ duo of Kagan, Sotomayor have added leftist vigor to the court ...

How much of anything has THAT saved? And Stevens and Souter were GOP appointees who timed their resignations to hand their seats to the left. How do ya think Kagan & Sotomayer will time their resignations 25 years from now?

“...At what point do they give up?...”

Realistically, I don’t see them EVER giving up.

They’re liberals; like venereal disease, the gift that keeps on taking....
