Rest in Peace. It’s not every woman that gets to live such a life to see her daughter become First Lady, a Senator, and Secretary of State. I’m sure she was rightfully very proud of her.

"Its a tough gig to lose your mom and dad...Its even worse to see them ill....Think of the good things!!!" I just lost my Dad this past April...he would have been 87 in May...he was ill for a couple of years before passing, but even though I knew it was coming and he lived a good, long life, it is never easy...my prayers go up for the Rodham family...

Did she ever get to live in the White Hut? Tag along on ostentatious “vacations”? Wear a Vietnamese coolie hat?

This is NOT a comment on the deceased, but Hillary is pure anti-American filth, so I would hope that the deceased was not proud of her. Not a comment on the deceased, but still uncalled for on this thread. You people need to settle down, sheesh.

Uncalled for also Hillary’s parents brought her up as a republican and then Hillary became radicalized in college

Mrs. Roddam may have been occupied by running herd over the brothers.

What IS called for are RIP condolences. What is NOT called for is somebody saying that somebody should be proud of Hillary. NOBODY, except people who hate America, should EVER be proud of Hillary.

Let’s be clear — the person who said that Hillary inspired pride, and who then listed her POLITICAL ‘accomplishments’ is the person who brought in the politics.
Let me be clear again: to Hillary’s mother “God rest your soul.”
That does not require me to accept that anti-American filth (Hillary) has ever done anything worthy of pride.

I’m not the subject. For all I know, Hillary and her mother shared the same unconsionable Marxist politics, but we make it our point here at Free Republic, to keep death threads at a higher standard than those at DU and other such lowly sites.

Kicking Hillary on the day she lost her mother would not accomplish any legitimate political objective. It's just mean. (and yes, we are better than the sort of trash that hangs out on DU)
To: Liberty Valance
yes, may Mrs. Rodham Rest In Peace and her family find comfort. And as news broadcasts focus on her and her family, may Bubba demonstrate respect by not using the occasion as a “me moment” by selectively tearing up. No need for his ‘gator tears...

It is ironic that Hillary’s mom was a pawn in the HillaryCare debates. Recall how Hillary touted her plan as being “Mom-approved”. It is ironic that “Mom” had a nice long life without the “benefit” of government health care. I think her longevity would be less likely with Hillarycare, Obamacare or Romneycare.
Sensitivity switch ON: Comments not intended to offend the deceased, just to point out the irony of the case.
