I'll never forget the first time I saw the original Dawn of the Dead, and the "exploding head scene". It gave me an early appreciation for the 12-gauge riot gun.

I have been to Durango. My wife and me went on the Durango-Silverton railroad one year. It was about 15 degrees outside and we spent almost the whole 4 hour trip in one of the open air cars. It was beautiful. I will never forget that trip.

The man, who has served two tours in Iraq, was wearing a fake penis with an upside down American flag to make a statement, he said. He was not arrested.

huh?! I'd guess these are you basic "occupy" people but in Durango that actually go to the trouble to "dress up" as zombies. Fun town- odd event.

I spent one wonderful day in Durango while staying at nearby Mesa Verde. They sure make it easy to consume alcohol in Durango...
