Once a taboo topic on TV, abortion is being worked into the storylines of popular prime time series from “Friday Night Lights” to “Grey’s Anatomy.” And last week it was announced that Alan Ball, creator of HBO’s “True Blood,” is working on a new HBO series called “Wichita,” which will be based on the life of Dr. George Tiller, the abortion clinic doctor who was shot and killed by a pro-life activist in 2009.

As plotlines involving abortion become more commonplace, some are celebrating the erosion of stigmas surrounding abortion, while others grow increasingly alarmed.

More de-sensitization of the public to immorality.

We saw it with "will & Grace" & gay rights, now here it is with the right to "choose".

I hope this blows up in the lefts' face & the public finds it so revolting they tune out. I can hope.....can't I?

Especially with television, there is no bottom ... just a long, gradual descent.

When might we see a major Hollywood production about Kermit Gosnell, the Pennsylvania abortion butcher?

Abortion is not hardly taboo as one in four American woman 18-64 have elected kill their babies by abortion.

However, now that abortion will be on so many TV shows, it will only serve to increase the number of abortions.

“Scott Roeder is a hero.”

Scott Roeder is a terrorist and a good wife to his cellmate.

Gimmee a break. T.V. has had a love affair with abortion for decades. Erica Kane had one on “All My Children” as soon as it became legal as did Bea Arthur on “Maude.” There have been countless shows since with pro-abort storylines ranging from “Cagney & Lacey” to “Beverly Hills 90210” to “21 Jump Street.” HBO did a pro-abort propaganda piece in the ‘90s called “If These Walls Could Talk,” filled with wire hangers, spurting blood, and crazed pro-lifers who shoot abortionists.

Same @#$%, different day.

Why don’t they show the baby before they “kill” it? Oh wait, they’d never do that. Can’t have anything truthful or scientific on TV when it comes to baby killing.

Abortion will continue to be a “taboo” topic, if any pro-lifer attempts to introduce a pro-life perspective.

Far from taboo, abortionists are celebrated.

Remember “Cider House Rules” (book and movie)?

Once again proving that the homosexual agenda are the abortion agenda are two sides of the same demonic coin. Alan Ball ("American Beauty") is one of the most evil propagandists in the industry. Ball, of course, is a militant homosexual.

more likely a symbol of the leftists who write for television launching into full-scale panic at the thought that the era of abortion on demand may be coming to an end.

Scott Roeder is a hero.

<><><><<>><><

Yes, many of our heroes in America walk into churches and shoot unarmed people in the head in front of women and children attending services.

I guess you are upset that you don’t have the courage of your convictions to do the same, eh? You know you should but just don’t have the stomach for it, I guess. It must be horrible living with that knowledge about yourself.

Either that or you know (outside of anonymous internet forums) that murder is murder, which puts Scott Roeder exactly where you think Tiller is.
