'Glee' scoop: Why next week's sex-themed episode, 'The First Time,' is a game-changer (teen gay sex)
Entertainment Weakly ^ | 11/3/11 | Tim Stack

The couples losing their virginity? Finn and Rachel and…Kurt and Blaine! Yep, the couple — who was featured on the cover of EW’s Gay Teens on TV issue – finally decide to take the next step in their relationship. It’s all handled very delicately and is incredibly moving. I can’t think of another network series that’s taken a teenage gay relationship so far or been so progressive.

Actually, the first season very well done and had some entertainign musical numbers and was a good way to pass the time for someone of either gender and any sexual lifestyle. Then in Season 2 is when it began to inject itself with immorality and having its main characters behave as badly as possible. This season they tried to go back to season 1, but it hasnt worked. If it was only an issue of having gay couples having consensual sex it wouldnt be so bad but there’s also tons of backstabbing, and trying to make viewers sympathetic to it, endless neo-feminism and so on.

A sick society. A mans presidential asperations can be destroyed just by a womens alligation of sexual harrassment such as he looked at me the wrong way but if the candidate was openly gay running a gay brothel from his home with his boyfriend he is welcomed with open arms as this is the norm. sick! sick! sick!

That is what I was thinking too. And honestly, I personally wouldnt care all that much, and maybe even find it enjoyable if the only issue was featuring gay relationships. If two guys want to do things like that, I often feel the same way as if they wanted to do drugs and smoke and get obese, their live, their choices. Yes, having homosexuals as purely victims of “neo-Nazi” types got old ages ago, but it’s a lot more than that. But now it seems injecting unrepentant, bad behavior has become a necessity all over.

I had watched a some of the thrid season online just curious to see if they would try to go back to Season 1 and away from celebrating every sin there is. Instead, they try to get you to sympathize with high school students who sabatage families to get their kid back, whom they initially didnt even want, when they are clearly unfit parents. Bullying of heterosexuals is made light of and celebrated-only a big deal if the victim is gay, after all. And like said before, yet more “girl power”, “fight the patriarchy”, “men are stopping me from achieving my goals” tripe to top it off.

A banquet of cannibals can be handled very delicately and be incredibly moving too. See the lovely first time meeting of a delicate homosexual couple

"I sauteed the steak of Bernd, with salt, pepper, garlic and nutmeg. I had it with Princess croquettes, Brussels sprouts and a green pepper sauce," said Meiwes. He froze meal-sized portions of Brandes, some in the form of minced meat.
Sign him up for a future Glee episode.

It is a very definite pattern of behavior in Hollywood that TV shows are initially created to try to get ratings, and once they have those ratings, they then use the highly-rated show to try to push all of their left-wing ideology, whether it be pro-homo, anti-Christian, anti-American or whatever. Eventually, their ideology becomes more important than the integrity of the show (such as it was) and the show crumbles.

I understand the point you are making, but I'm sure we can agree that there is a line, somewhere. For example, if there were a TV show that glorified raping children or murdering Christians for their religious beliefs, would it be unreasonable for people to object? We are in a culture war, after all, that may very well turn into a real war.

TV is indoctrination too. It teaches how to live and what is acceptable in society.

That's just being honest about the impact of it.

To feature sex outside of marriage in a loving manner used to be mature audience material. Yet here we have underage sex, also mature material, and then homosexual material -- that was taboo.

Do I think young people should be able to read such material, or even be exposed to it in theatrical presentations? Yes! But packaging and context are key.

Glee is a package designed to indoctrinate by overwhelming the moral sense of the viewer, to entrain the young mind in a certain immoral and socially destructive ways of living. TV watchers are especially gullible. And the young TV watcher even more gullible than the old.

Glee is a moral trap to the innocent.

"According to my opinion, and the opinions of many defectors of my caliber, only about 15% of time, money, and manpower is spent on espionage as such. The other 85% is a slow process which we call either ideological subversion, active measures, or psychological warfare. What it basically means is: to change the perception of reality of every American that despite of the abundance of information no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.

It's a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages.

The first stage being "demoralization". It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy exposed to the ideology of [their] enemy. In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least 3 generation of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism; American patriotism.... "

They hinted at one for one episode, but it turned out to be not real and they put a stop to it. Needless to say, it looks like they’re gonna go all out on it these season; they’ve thrown in a Mary Kay Lourtneau storyline on top of everything else.

One of my friends pointed out that a lot of shows start out very benign and family friendly, but in subsequent seasons they push the envelope with gay characters, more sex, etc. She’s right. We enjoyed Warehouse 13, only to find out that it now has an openly gay character, and in fact, has gay writers/producers.

Hmm, another one I didnt know about. In Warehouse 13, does the show at least have the decency not to strcuture almost every important storyline around the openly gay character ? Does it try to look at the gay character from at least an impartial perspective instead of playing up, once again, the narrative of gays as persecuted, helpless victims of an evil, irratioanl Amerifcan culture ? If so, than perhaps it would be possible to get past it, provided the show didnt jump the shark and/or celebrate other kinds of immorality, i.e. betrayal, selfishness, deceit, general promiscuouty, assaults, nonstop.
