Media beats up Cain, ignores Fast and Furious
Local | November 4, 2011 | From The Deer Stand

Posted on 11/04/2011 5:11:44 AM PDT by From The Deer Stand

While the lame stream media continues their non-stop barrage of stories about Herman Cain and allegations of sexual harrasment, they continue to ignore Obama's Fast and Furious that led to the deaths of Americans. The media also hammers away at Cain while they almost ignored the more serious claims against President Bill Clinton in three separate incidents when he was president. Hopefully Americans are noticing.

Makes sense in Cain matter no one died

Fast and Furious a few American agents and as many 20,000 Mexicans died.

Media beats up Cain, ignores Fast and Furious

As it was intended. There was at least a two-fold purpose here. 1) Take out Obama's most serious contender (and it "ain't" Romney), and 2) use the old magic trick of misdirection...look over there not here.

We are noticing these totalitarian tools of social engineering and 535 members of Congress.

I don’t kill spiders when they wander into my house. I gently coax or cast them out the door. Same with bumble bees. But mosquitos?...that’s a different story. I kill mosquitos because they are impolite and even downright rude. They don’t ask before they administer their local anesthetic and suck my blood and leave me with a big welt after they have had their vampire ways with me. Likewise, even though I am a capitalist, I don’t like the way commercial television has more commercials than programming these days. My beef is that if I want to see what’s coming up next, I must sit through a mound of commercials before I can. They don’t ask either. So they steal my time, not my blood. Both of these thieves remind me of the attacks on presidential candidate Herman Cain. But unless they are attacking him for some kind of sustenance, I can’t figure out what they want by coming out now that he is a rising star. Is it simply because they can and if so, isn’t that rather malicious? I mean, weren’t all of their complaints, real or imagined, dealt with at the time they perceived them? And weren’t they paid off for their alleged grievances? Somewhere in the Old Testament, there is a passage that says it is a sin to embarrass another in public. Shame on them.

A lot of Americans are not noticing.

Ignorance has become a valid point of view for them.

Everytime Cain opens his mouth now, he should talk about Fast & Furious. Same goes for all the other candidates.

What can you say...THE LAMESTREAM MEDIA...it reminds me how they ignored the horrendous story of the four American contractors killed in Fallujah and their charred bodies hung over a bridge, but then reported on Abu Gharib ad nauseum for the next 2 or 3 months. Screw the damn media.

Why Herman's jovial friendly style in dealing with friends and co workers, stole untold millions from the taxpayers to buy ASSAULT WEAPONS for TERRORISTS, and declare WAR against neighboring nations. Of course it's a bigger story.

If you need /s you really need it!

Perhaps you're referring to the commandment, "Thou shalt not bear false witness"?

This just makes you sick to your stomach, the Government Controlled Media complex blowing this non issue up, and then completely ignoring or spiking REAL scandals that involved the DEATHS OF PEOPLE. I would say either Gingrich or Cain should bring that up in their debate on Sat. night. Ludicrous.

No. Its Old Testament. Maybe Leviticus. But that commandment applies as well. BTW, in abnormal psychology, the one that got away is many times the object of negative passion and perhaps these women set their caps for Cain, a powerful, charming, charismatic man, couldn’t get him and lashed out to get revenge. Just sayin...

...Pop called TV the boob tube. I call it Satans dreambox. The problem with the capitalist system is not the products, it's the "in our face" marketing and advertising demons that started this barrage. I don't watch this crap TV anymore, not for years. My advise is; do likewise... /sermon

All he needs to do is be patient and cry on the Lord. Carry that picture of his grandchild when just born which inspired him to make this run and (knowing in advance he would) have to put up with these juvenile if not sinful shenanigans by the smallest of very small Beltway toadies and sycophants (”Hollywood for Ugly People”). Stare at that grand-daughter’s photo when feeling down and fatigued by the pack-of-dogs like pile-on, the reprehensibly savaging Liberal/RINO media complex indulging in blatant character assassination on a man who got too close to the crown of victory for their comfort. When it is actually WE they attack, because Cain is just one man, it is the massive numbers in support of him found in polling, whom is the real enemy of such lowlife liberal flotsam. I am sure Cain will get his second wind. Many people are behind this man in his dark hour, because we know all too well of the dark forces that attack him. They shall not pass. They shall NOT prevail!

“Everytime Cain opens his mouth now, he should talk about Fast & Furious. Same goes for all the other candidates.

That really is a great idea, for a number of reasons.

To show how corrupt and untrustworthy most in the media are, to people who only watch those channels, and hadn’t even heard about important news, while the media yaps on and on and on about useless distractions.

It would also show the bias in the media, to people who haven’t been paying attention.

Is there a way to get word to someone in the campaigns, because they really should consider this tactic?

Thanks for posting. Great example. Another example: July 4, 2011 Fox News (NOTHING ABOUT THE FOUNDING OF THIS GREAT NATION) Wall-to-wall coverage of the Casey Anthony trial. I made the comment to my wife. I was pissed.

You're welcome, my friend, and thank you for your example of our "objective media coverage" /sarc>, as well. The lunatic fringe left-wing is scared out of their wits of Herman Cain and no amount of negative coverage by the LAMESTREAM media will alter my support for him. God Bless you, my friend.

So they steal my time

The time I use preparing to defend myself and family from liars/propagandists/thieves/socialists/agenda-driven collectivists and worse criminals is immense. It takes alot of time to examine the history or discern the intent of everyone feeding you information or entering your space in the workplace, in public or secondarily in the media or entertainment industry.
