"The NRA waved the confidentiality agreement?"

Don't think they have that prerogative without all parties signing off.

Cain did not sign settlement, accuser's lawyer says

"Bennett, who has a copy of the settlement agreement, said four people signed it: the woman, two lawyers representing the association and Bennett himself. "

First, Cain not a party.

If the woman "waives," all of the details would be made public? Right?

“sometimes I pine for unwelcome advances, just sayin’, but it depends on my mood if I deem them unwelcome!”
~~~~~~~~~
LOL! Isn’t that the problem? You can file a sexual harassment suit any time it might fly...just depending on what your “mood” is.
I would only file a sex harassment suit if I was at work, and the male boss gave me an ultimatum involving his pleasure for my work. However, I’m self-employed, so, the boss is my husband. So, I would never file.
“When is this man going to run for POTUS?”
Me thinks he is too modest, but OTOH, he must be thinking, “Even I could do a better job.” Would he accept an AG position? He couldn’t deny he is qualified.
LOL!
Auburn stadium is 100,000 when it’s at full capacity, 0bama couldn’t even fill that with his three letter word, j-o-b-s.
LEVIN raises this news (7pm for podcasts):
Empire BC/BS-— withdrawing from small-group health insurance market...”unsustainable.”
Mark: This affects NY now, but it will affect all of you later.
Only 2-3 other carriers left for small-group markets.
Mark: What’s causing all of this?
1) Approval from state to change rates
2) State telling them what percentage they need to spend on administrative costs versus on healthcare costs
we already knew this
the idiots that said they were sure their long term care policy would work - and also it would fund obamacare - are the same ones telling private insurance companies what every policy must cover and what the company can charge
we knew they would fail
the logic is - we now need the democrapz to fix it
Our heathcare won’t last til the next election to repeal ObamaCare. We need to dismantle what we can now.
ALL companies (not just small companies) have no choice but to gear up now and prepare for the potential eventuality. More damage is being done now-—before ObamaCare kicks in-—than anyone realizes.
Upton was the Michigan Repubic who introduced the bill that elimates Edison’s light bulb. He is also heir to Whirlpool, and knows a lot about crony capitalism, since Whirlpool has had plenty of help from GE and energy star programs from the government. he’s the epitome of a RINO. He has been trying to keep his seat by seeming to embrace the tea party, however, he has worn nerves plenty thin.
What happens next?
Does the House hold the Administration in contempt of congress for failing to
comply with a subpoena or does it go to a fed judge?
“Amen...but we have boehner - the drunk tard”
It’s even worse...Heard a comment from someone speaking to him off the record. Boehner is so out of touch, he doesn’t even GET IT-—doesn’t GET what’s happening in America! He will say he does on record, but he doesn’t. I believe him.
How many of our Repub legislators are also so out of touch, they simply don’t get it? vs Those who are on the take? and vs Those who are such cowards and self-serving synchopants, they only look to keeping their warm seat?
money. They go into DC needing some, they make a few deals, a few votes, they get the money they need, they like the parties, they like the upscale life.
