NEW YORK -- An "Occupy Wall Street" protester threw a violent fit in a McDonald’s after employees refused to give him free food.
Fisika Bezabeh, 27, ripped a credit-card reader from a counter and threw it at workers at about 2:30am local time Friday at the downtown Manhattan restaurant, which has become a bathroom spot for protesters.

A little ghetto has emerged in the heart of lower Manhattan and the hard working kids from Queens and Brooklyn working the mid night shift are the last bastions holding the fort, cause elected officials have ceded the city!.. they are holding off, alone one free meal at a time.

That’s their whole protest: “Give us free food or we’ll throw a fit. Give us free jobs, just the paycheck, not actual work that requires qualifications and results, or we’ll throw a fit. Give us a free college education in a field that we care about, like gender studies or queer theory, and cancel our student loans, or we’ll throw a fit. Give us free houses and cancel our mortgages, or we’ll throw a fit.”
They are totally clueless on where wealth comes from. I imagine they will stay clueless for as long as possible. It’s sad to waste so many lives, but perhaps the real world and adversity will eventually teach them what neglectful parents and far left schooling has failed to pass on to them.

If they get to eat for free --just who do they think is going to bother to prepare the food, grow it or bring it to market? Robots? Well, yes, yes they do. Watch their recruitment videos.

I'm worried when I'm at the grocery store and see mothers feeding their children groceries (not yet paid for) right out of the shopping cart. What is that teaching the children? Can't they wait until after they've passed through the checkout counter?
Waiting to feed them AFTER the food has been paid for teaches the children (a) food is NOT free, and (b) patience is a virtue.
If the kids are that hungry while out shopping, the moms should bring snacks from home.

I suspect the more rational of these people have already gone back to school or home and less rational folks are filtering in. It is, perhaps, to the country’s ultimate benefit if theOWs stay there for a long time. They will get more and more violent and disgusting as time goes on and so will the ideas associated with them.
The media may well be expecting what they are hoping for, a Chavez type regime, in which case they will not want to publish anything that such a regime would look back on and disapprove.
What you’re seeing here is the cumulative result of some almost fifty years of a public school education in America and is still being taught today. Taught by socialists and Marxists these idiots think they’re entitled to someone eles property/wealth or posessions simply by virtue of their demanding it in the name of ‘’social/economic justice’’.

MacDonalds needs to realize that it’s impossible to make a profit off a customer who wants free food and throws credit card readers at workers.
My measured advice to MacDonalds is arm your cashiers.
Thanks so much, it would be madame... small businesses are suffering, one major restaurant announced they laid off 21 workers, push cart vendors are out of business, residents are distraught... elected officials are posturing for camera time to champion first amendments rights, but the streets have been taken and its up to the kids in fast food restaurants with free toilets to man the barricades for law and order
Yeah, I fully understand that and I do understand it has effected their cognitive skills and reasoning ability. Scary what we’ve allowed to happen. Unforgivable really.
