State Police Investigators do not agree with you. Joe followed his chain of command and reported the incident to his superior. PSP have been investigating this for years. If they had evidence that JoePa was criminally involved he would have been charged.
IIRC, state law requires reporting to the cops or a child protective agency. Paterno did neither. He and Spanier should both be up on charges.
As for state police officers not agreeing, Roy Gricar, the DA who didn’t prosecute Sandusky, was mentioned in the grand jury report. Another angle that needs some closer examination.
The only reason JoePa is not charged is because of his legendary status he was not given as much of an opportunity to perjure himself. This is sick sick stuff. JoePa’s friend was raping children in his shower and he is supposed to follow the “chain of command”? Is that what you would do?
Why did JoePa allow this man on campus and around children after a member of his staff WITNESSED anal rape of a child in his locker room showers? He made no attempt to stop it after multiple assaults. One phone call from JoePa is all it would have taken
You need stop stop being in denial and defending JoePa. It’s only going to get worse once more facts come out.
Joe knowing and the police having evidence are two different things.
The grand jury report indicates that Sandusky was involved with little boys as long ago as 1994, when he was still the defensive coordinator at PSU.
