Most Americans young enough to participate in something as absurd as “OCCUPY WALL STREET” have grown up NOT being taught the true history of the United States of America if they have indeed been taught any history at all and they have always been told that “Democracy” is the only good form of government and is the form of government that the United States is built on. Try to tell them that the constitution guarantees a Republican form of government and the founding fathers had no desire for a “Democracy” and they think you are nuts. They will never realize that they are ignorant, how could they, they have been taught untruths and told that they are brilliant because they have learned these untruths.

Trying to talk to most of these people will prove as productive as talking to a lamppost.

The fruits of higher education, it actually lowers the bar for primary and secondary. Anyone with a thirst for knowledge, will want to get the “final trophy” of a degree. Meaning jobs for teachers. The teachers have no reason to teach, they just shepherd kids through the process.
