All the ingredients are here. We have a potentially powerful politician, a hopelessly flimsy accusation of sexual misconduct and a predictable media, desperate to fill broadcast hours. Was there really ever any doubt that alleged civil rights attorney Gloria Allred would get involved?

Someone needs to contact the media, anonymously of course, with some outrageous accusation such as beastiality. Then when they run with the story come out and laugh like hell at the idiots and say “Got ‘cha!”
When Gloria Allred is involved, you know there’s no fire.
But for once her interests and that of the MSM are perfectly aligned.
Oh, the left is all over this. They have MORTAL FEAR of Herman Cain. He destroys all their memes they use to keep blacks on the plantation. They will not let up until he is completely discredited.
IMHO, the desperate mudsling is getting tiresome.
* Standards for acceptable moral behavior of elected public officials have been liberalized to the point of non-existence by various elected Democrats in recent years.
* The core of the Democratic party - that is, the left-wing - platform is the promotion of immorality. So as a Republican or Conservative I immediately say to myself: who are these numbnuts to be commenting on the morality of a conservative ?
* If there was a case that had enough solid evidence to even require a response, that case - tactically speaking - should have been brought first, and no more than 1 or 2 others should have come out. Then the challenge would be to make that “most solid” case actually stick. Since none of the cases merit immediate prosecution or legal action of any kind, and new ones just sort of dribble out into the media, it’s obvious that this is a feeble attempt at “painting a picture”, because there is nothing substantive in the cases themselves. The whole thing going nowhere will cause disinterest to set in. As Hill Billy taught us, if it just drags on and on but your supporters still support you, even if you’re guilty, the whole thing simply blows over as the public gets too familiar with and then just plain bored with the case. Of course then the accusing parties become a running joke.
* The left-wing media continues to beat this dead horse but they waste their own airtime, since the only people who watch them already are against all conservatives and Republicans who would vote in the Republican primary would, for the most part, not take anything they heard from the left-wing media to be true for the rare situations where they even listen to the left-wing media at all.
I can name that tune in two notes...

So when Allred represented one of the women Anthony Weiner was emailing, there was no scandal? Weiner didn’t have to resign after all?
And when Allred represented one of Tiger Woods’ ladies that didn’t mean he was a cheating lying creep?
And when she represented the woman Eddie Murphy got pregnant, the DNA test didn’t really prove the paternity?
And Scott Peterson should be released from prison because Allred representing Amber Frye shows the case was worthless?
and so on and so on.
It must be nice to live in your fairytale world of denial. So peaceful and unchallenging.
