President Barack Obama vowed on Monday to do everything in his power to act on behalf of the American people with or without Congress. Obama announced three administrative actions that the White House is taking to help veterans find employment as part of a series of executive actions to put Americans back to work and strengthen the economy.

Democrats have a history walking all over veterans and others who have served in wars. They only use the vets when it benefits their agendas.
The day after his Sec Def starts talking about cutting military retirement and medical benefits. What a guy.

Nice to know this decision is not based on an election year. To assume congress will refuse to pass this is a little magical on his part, oh of coarse if he throws in a ton of other crap and uses the vets as a posterchild well thats different. He fools no one accept the fools
