Last week Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa, who has been leading the investigation into Operation Fast and Furious, introduced new legislation to reinforce provisions of the 1989 Whistleblower Protection Act. The reinforcement, known at the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act, is badly needed in light of Fast and Furious as retaliation against whistleblowers exposing corruption within the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF falls under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department) runs rampant. The legislation is bipartisan and is co-sponsored by Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings.
"Whistleblowers play critical roles in exposing wrongdoing in government," said Issa."Federal employees who discover waste, abuse and mismanagement in their agency need to be able to alert agency leaders and Congress without fear of reprisal from supervisors, and within the confines of the law. This legislation establishes new protections for those who seek lawful ways to address abuse of taxpayer dollars."

Mr. Issa, we don’t need any more damn laws!
WE NEED TO PROSECUTE THE LAW BREAKERS. Eric Holder has committed purjury, indict him! BATFE officials have obstructed justice, violated federal firearms laws, and engaged in a conspiracy to defraud the American People. Arrest and indict every damn one of them that are involved in these CRIMES!
Mr, Issa, Innocent people are DEAD. Do something about it!
Send these law breakers to prison or expect more innocent people to die.

Issa is doing an AMAZING job. Does everyone know he’s not a lawyer? And I don’t mean, “amazing, FOR a non-lawyer”, no. I mean he’s REALLY sticking it to them —he really gets it.
I just came from watching a clip over at Sipsey Street Irregulars from that stupid show by the ugly small man, Politically Incorrect, and Issa REALLY stood up for us.
They had on some silly but beautiful woman who apparently is about to become some Big Wheel on MSNBC, and she went on and on about how the USA should abolish the 2nd Amendment.
Issa REALLY stuck his neck out and stood up for The Constitution, and there was a complete tone change, and you could really see he was serious about his job.
VERY INSPIRING. I really, really love Issa..!
Thanks Nachum.
My thoughts exactly let’s make a new law to reinforce laws that are being reinforced???
that are NOT being enforced it’s so nuts it’s hard too explain even lol.
